This company is a joke. Steer clear and shop elsewhere. I went to Better Business Bureau and they have an F. The BBB also said they do not respond to any claims or complaints. That just proves they don't care about customer service. All of the reviews on BBB are similar to my compaints. This company only cares about your money. I ordered a simple pendant on a chain necklace. It has still yet to deliver three weeks after my purchase. I live in the same state as the company, CA, you would think that would speed up the process. When I contacted this company, they pretty much said it would get there when it gets there. The company was still advertising for Valentine's Day up to a few weeks before VD with full knowledge that people would not receive their items in time. I will never order from this company and I will continue to leave reviews calling out this scam company. Stay away and look elsewhere.
Bought a dragon necklace which is 13mm. It is too small to gift to a child and not worth a fraction of £105.
Once I refused an exchange the company stopped replying to my messages.
Suffered £11.70 return postage cost and they are deducting £10 to penalise me for not taking an exchange voucher despite the necklace still being in its packaging so I am £21.70 out of pocket- 21% of my money.
Negative reviews will be deleted so beware their 100% satisfaction.

I received earrings as a gift from my boyfriend and it arrived damaged with deep severe scratches. I doubt they have quality inspection before shipping the items because this would not have passed. My boyfriend contacted customer service via Facebook Messenger the very next day after I received the item. Jeulia customer service is located in Hong Kong and they work everyday, they do not have a phone number to call, the only options are to contact via Facebook messenger, live chat, and email. It has been 3 weeks and they have replied only 5 times. They refuse to replace the damaged earrings and do not stand by their customer satisfaction promise as mentioned on their website. They gaslighted us saying we should have contacted them 24-48 hours and that they are not responsible for the problem now... we literally contacted them the very next day after I got the earrings. Do not buy from this company unless you are willing to accept damaged and poor quality items because they do not stand by their products.
If I could give zero stars I would. If you buy a ring from them, DONT get it engraved or else you wont get a full refund. In fact, even though I returned my ring to them (it didn't fit), they gave me no refund at all. So now im out $155 AND the cost of shipping it back to them which was around $12. Worst experience and waste of money ever. I will be disputing this with my bank ASAP. This place is a SCAM. They DO NOT care about their customers. Buyer be warned.
I have tried returning a ring that I ordered for a Christmas present. Came after Christmas…not that big of a deal. I have tried to return but have heard nothing from customer service. It seems the standard response from the company on this website is they are short staffed. It seems the company can take your money quickly but not return it.
I order a ringfor husband in October to 3 months to get here, it looked like a bubble gum machine ring, it was supposed to be 11mm all the way around it tapers to 9mm looking like a woman's ring. The pictures on their site are nothing like the ring I got cloudy stones and inside of the ring open in the pic it looks solid so after fighting for 3 months with jeulia and PayPal I finally get the bubble gum ring send it back now jeulia was late fabricating it, sending it but I have to pay to ship the junk back and a restocking fee so I send it back when they get the ring they try to keep it along with my money and tell PayPal it is against rules because it was customized with moissanite stone. Those shady buggers tried to keep my money and the ring they purposefully waited until they got the ring to pull this bs. So BEWARE they are as shady as their jewelry. If it wasn't for PayPal I wouldn't of gotten a refund.
This company is horrible to deal with! Chinese way, SNAKES and THIEVES! I ordered a ring for my partner's birthday on Halloween, 20 days prior to it. I received the order receipt- I followed up 10 days before the birthday to find out they missed it. I was then assured its on its way- I waited three more days and followed up again asking for a tracking number- not available. I tried to cancel, and was offered $10, then $15 and then $40 discount if I didn't cancel. This took four days of back and forth. Now I'm told it will take 30 days for my refund. I don't think Ill get it. STAY AWAY THEY ARE A PAIN
Ring needs to be half a size smaller. Apparently since I paid more money for an upgrade... I have to pay a 35% restocking fee... support process is not good. I am not going to pay $140 to have a ring resized... local jeweler only cost $40. That's what I get for not reading the fine print. Support sent me a screen shot of the terms of agreement. Buyer beware... make sure you are 100% sure your order is correct and pray you do not have an issue!
Bought two rings as Christmas presents, as you can see in photos both gemstones were twisted/off centre so I sent them back for an exchange. They are now lost somewhere in the US and jeulia won't send out replacements or refund me so now I am £300 down and all I can claim back is £50 through royal mail. Stay clear of this company
Ordered, and it has been almost 2 weeks, and still in processing, I get it it's "hand made" but if you have a website advertising rings, they should already be in stock and made already, their customer service copy and pasted their responses, every email is the same generic it take 6-12 days to process, almost 2 week just to process what kind of jewelery it is. So if you dont like to wait forever go with a company based in the US where they have their ordering down and doesn't advertise jewelry that isn't even made yet, I'm never ordering from this place again!

The ring looked great at first... dominantly silver with two black skulls on either side of the stone. The black started rubbing off the skulls within a few weeks. Now they're partially black, partially silver. Didn't bother asking for a refund or a return based on the reviews I saw here.

I just ordered a male and female wedding wrong. Black titanium is great but the female already has visible scratches all around the outside. She's been wearing it for TWO DAYS. Normal usage! Nothing crazy! We've just been cooking… we came to Jeulia in hopes to find a few reliable and affordable wrings. Yes I can say the black titanium wring that I wear is great so far, but it's only been two days. You can Clearly see visible scratches on my wife's wring that ended up being $300. AND, I'm messaging their support and they're saying "they can void the warranty at any time". That's if their "jewelry specialists" determine if the damage is from "abuse". Unbelievable. (To clarify, the female wring with all the scratches is the "Jeulia Moissanite Twist Round Cut Wring".

I bought a ring set for my wedding and it was gorgeous. After buying them, I started wearing these but they started tarnishing. They were customized to be gold, but they started turning silver. Once I contacted the company, they stated that the warranty did not cover normal "wear and tear". I was confused because I took these off for cooking, cleaning, washing my hands and was surprised that they still tarnished with all of that, and i had only worn them for a month. I requested for a replacement or a way for the gold to stay, but they only offered me a $30 cleaning. I was heartbroken as this was my dream ring set, but we later purchased another ring from modern gents and we're quite happy with it (similar style). I have also written reviews, but have gotten blocked on their social media accounts and they have removed my review from their website. I am very disappointed and this money could have gone to another thing: save your money and spend it on another ring.

I ordered my wife a new wedding band set. Well I ordered the incorrect size and when I realized my mistake I ordered the correct size. I received both sets so I followed the return directions to a tee and jeulia already received my unopened untouched return and still have not returned my money yet? I have tried emailing the company and they can't even respond to that. I mean they are really unfair and ridiculous. I wouldn't purchase a dog collar from them let alone anything else..

I got a beautiful ring at Christmas. Looked amazing. Within months had started to discolour and now 6 months later its so bad! Real silver does not do this! Even the 'gold tone' on the top has come off and discoloured. I would not get anything from jeulia again!

No customer service, when you call *******158 it hangs up saying the mail box is full. Submitted a ticket and it was a joke of a response. Not helpful at all. Nice jewelry but if anything goes wrong you've lost your money. And no one is willing to help. Regret spending my money with them.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
