I first received 2 of my 3 items but customer service from Elaine was astounding. She was great after I emailed her she kept in contact with me and researched it's whereabouts. The piece I was waiting for was all worth the wait. I loved the pink packaging and piggy tissue paper my items came in and even got a present. Great items, customer service and fabulous company. I was able to do a small part to help the animals!
I ordered a bee bracelet with a gold chain and an adjustable closure. I received a bee bracelet with cheap looking gold beads on black cord. Not the elegance pictured.
Wrong pair of earrings were sent. I called to get the correct pair sent, and received two pairs of earrings for my inconvenience. The earrings that I originally ordered appeared to be oval shaped, which is why I ordered in the beginning. They are round hoops. Image was not the same product.
Still waiting for two more items and gave me a personal note to tell me I'd get them the soon as they get them in I like a personal touch

Been looking for these socks awhile so happy they were the right ones. Wanted to order more but they only had 2 in stock and the price was great. Will be checking later to see if they get more on the website. Also shipping was exact date arrival. Thanks for the free gift too!

I ordered 3 pairs of socks for Valentine's Day over 7 days ago. These just shipped today. The arrival date is noted on the shipping confirmation - Feb 14th by 8pm! Missed the holiday. This is not acceptable for an in stock item.
This was my first purchase from The Pink Pigs and they did not disappoint! Not only do I love my new pig wine cork holder it came wrapped in the cutest pink pig wrapping bag AND they also threw in a freebee chapstick. Nice touch. I will definitely buy from The Pink Pig again. Kudos to everyone at The Pink Pig!

It's so great being able to shop and knowing the money is going to help animals. Even better that this seller has superb high quality products at very reasonable prices and is friendly and professional and ships free to the UK for a relatively small purchase. Hi Nettie! Wow, I'm sorry you're not happy after I sent you every pair of earrings from the listing to be sure you had the right ones. I will be sure to add "round" to the description so no one else gets confused about the shape of the hoops.
The first picture is the manufacturers picture of the gold hoops. I took pictures of the actual products so you could see exactly what they looked like in real life too. The problem I had identifying the pair you purchased was the picture that came up with the product on my side was the dangling hoops and I could not discern if you meant to buy the round or the dangling gold hoops. You were not responding to my emails to clarify.
Anyway, I sent you every pair of earrings in this listing to make absolutely sure you had the right ones and you were happy, even offering the one pair for free to you.
Please return them and I'll be happy to refund your purchase. I'm sorry you think that the pictures are not an accurate reflection of the actual products, I just don't even know what to say about that except that they are pictures of the actual products. Out of thousands of orders, I'm sorry you were disappointed, we certainly want all of our customers to be thrilled and it hurts us to know you were not.
