Has anyone had a problem with getting their order. I have not been able to contact or talk to any one and my ring has not came and its been almost 3 weeks

My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

I got mine, boyfriend ordered as a gift and got it more than a month later... returned it for repair, missing a stone and now I get the same run around and haven't seen my ring since the end of October

Takes weeks to get your order and if you try to get a refund, good luck

Ordered a ring got the wrong size. Sent it back in May continuously get the run-around now they tell me that China doesn't do the returns someplace in California does but when they sent me the link to for the pricing of a return they should have sent me the proper address to confirm to have ring sent.

This company is not worth dealing with. Horrible experience that went on for 6 months. The ring finally arrived yesterday & it so different from their picture catalog.

A TRUE RIP-OFF COMPANY..

YES! I received a damaged box - but NO RING! They had me send numerous pic's, I assumed for insurance. Then I heard nothing. I contacted them again. And their reply was "We have on video a ring in box, sorry can not help you" They have my money and I have no ring. I did a search of these folks, and just on one site alone. There were 5 pages of complaints!

Good luck with that. They do have a phone number listed, but it's either busy, rings forget and no one answers or it's an automated message. I never once talked to a human. I just kept receiving automated emails then when someone did respond they kept asking the same questions over and over, as in trying to delay the order even more. My suggestion is to ask for an immediate and full refund and find another company to buy from.

I got mine after pestering them for ever through paypal. When it finally came it was junk. Took me filing a dispute with paypal to be able to return for a refund. My advice is file a claim with whatever you used to pay for it as not received.

If you get your ring there will probably be something wrong with it. Don't send it back. Take it to a jeweler for repair. It will cost money, but it's better than never getting your ring or your money back.

I ordered two rings, separate orders. I got a confirmation email for the one ring and I did get that ring within a few weeks. The second ring, I decided to cancel. I wasn't able to contact anyone by phone. I had to go to their website and speak with someone through, Live Chat. I was able to get the ring canceled and was refunded the money on my credit card. Have you received an email confirmation for your order? Try talking to someone through, Live Chat if you have the order number.

My order took about 2 weeks to arrive, there was no issue to contact them through phone calling.

Can't believe Jeulia jewelleries are from China. I already expected that there would be problems after
Checking the tracker and coming from Guangzhou.
Received the items though but the commemorative ring
Was missing. Emailed them but got a reply that the email is being reviewed. Oh well, what do you expect, it's from China. Don't think they will follow up on this

Delay on my purchase was due to them celebrating Chinese New Year. LOL
I finally received them saying I would get my refund after contacting Pay Pal.It's almost two months now.It was going to be sent ASAP don't know when this is.

My first purchase went fine. My second purchase, I needed to return the ring, but because it took more than the 30days to arrive, and because THEy were on vacation and took TWO WEEKS to answer my email, they refused to take it back. They finally relented after about 20 emails (seriously). I sent the ring back, but have been waiting 9 MONTHS, trying to get a refund!

I did not have a problem. I am reading reviews of others and hopefully they have taken the time to make some improvements... but I can honestly say that I had no problems and the ring was as beautiful as it was online.

Takes about 6-8 weeks and only time I got to talk was through chat at about 2am. Quality of ring was much worse than I expected.

Yes I ended up cancelling the order they are in China so you will have to call like 10 pm to speak to anyone but I had no luck with their customer service they tried adding language to the policy that is not shown on their website just glad I ordered through PayPal

You won't get it without complaining lots, I finally got my order after lodging a pay pal dispute but what I received was a joke, julia says their stones are swarvski crystal, it's a lie as a jeweler told me it's just glass and the rhodium plating wore off in 3 days, my advice is to ask your credit card to refund your money cause u won't be happy with what u get if you ever get it. SCAM

I tried getting a refund without success but did manage to go into my bank and get the transaction reversed. I got my money back. The jewelry is terrible cheap crap anyway.
