I have ordered quite a few pieces from Jeulia. The quality is outstanding. It looks like real white gold jewelry. I suppose if you wore them 24/7 the electro plate might wear off eventually, but they are very rich looking. I am well satisfied.

Jeulia exceeded my expectations for a ring I truly loved, to now be my absolute favorite. Hesitant at first, then hard to choose which one and they did not disappoint. You will get more than a second glance in this sparkler.

I ordered a ring for my gf from Jeulia in late November.
It's now January and it still is in China according to tracking. I'm very disappointed.
I've tried contacting them many times with no response. I'll never buy from Jeulia ever again.

Made a $400 order... was so excited. The order was mishandled... their delivery system is seriously flawed. Did not receive consistent advice at all. Resolution took 3 weeks. Yet they've had my money for 1.5 months. NEVER AGAIN. Customer Service is very poor.

I would give them a solid ZERO... and will continue to blast them.

Absolutely stunning ring set. They also provided custom engraving for my Husband. Came in a very nice gift box with a pull out drawer. Would recommend this ring and company to everybody! You will not be disappointed!

Ordering was efficient, product arrived within only a few days. Ring was disappointing compared to pictures-smaller and less impressive than displayed online. Would not have purchased if seen in person. 2 stars only for good service.

Like my friend said, they have great shoe sales. Having bought a pair of earrings from here that fit well, it's a good deal. Very impressed! Their customer service was also extremely helpful and timely.

Got my ring the wrong size, now they won't give me a refund and their so called customer service is probably the worst I've ever experienced.

I hope this company goes out of business as it's nothing but bs. Stay away at all cost!

I ordered two rings, got them fairly quick! The rings look exactly as on the pictures, if not better! Extremely happy with quality, it looks like a very expensive ring, packaging is also awesome, Great experience, will order again!

Terrible customer service, not satisfied with product. Company need to have in bold letter of they horrible return policy. So at least client is aware. The worst experience that i've had since I have been doing online shopping.

Rarely purchase anything online because sizing is never quite right. But I went to local jeweller who helped me with sizing. Placed my order. It arrived very quickly and fits perfectly. Looks beautiful on my hand.

I've only had it a few days, but this ring is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something very thin and comfortable. Very happy with my purchase, will likely end up buying the white and rose gold tones as well.
