No customer service, when you call *******158 it hangs up saying the mail box is full. Submitted a ticket and it was a joke of a response. Not helpful at all. Nice jewelry but if anything goes wrong you've lost your money. And no one is willing to help. Regret spending my money with them.
At first, I'll admit the rose gold ring with the chocolate Jeulia stone was stunning, absolutely beautiful! Could pass for the real thing. However, after my wife wore the ring for less than a week the rose gold plating has already started rubbing off revealing the silver base. She works in an office, so there's no reason why the plating should have come off like this. I was extremely pleased when I got the ring, but now hugely disappointed that the jewelry is junk.

The stones are dull and cloudy. There is no sparkle. They are fake... and look extremely so. If I were to guess... I would say the rings cost about $10 to make. I am going to try to send them back, however, dealing with returns, I am going to assume, will be impossible. Let me add... if you order a special size... you can only return for store credit. They say product is Silver...how can it be. Both my daughter and I had severe "burn" marks on out fingers after wearing one of the rings. Contacted them and they told us " make sure hands are dry and don't wear it all the time" since we did this and it didn't work they said we were past the return date but offered an exchange. Why would I exchange when it will have the same results. They refused to work with me and for 2 weeks kept repeating the same email answers. While they were very nice in their replies they refused to refund my money for a product they obviously do not stand behind.

I have written to company 4 times for an address to ship my rings to to exchange for smaller rings and still haven't received a reply.Its now past the 30 days and am worried they will scam me and tell me I'm past the time for returns not happy at all with service

Emailed customer service who told me to take it to a local watch fixer which does not honor the original company's one - year guarantee. I wanted to return my paid-for $400.00 watch for a refund, but the company would not pay for return shipping or refund shipping. I have paid in full for a $400.00 scam defective watch. It's my fault because I trusted the company's false Internet advertising and its assocation with Trustpilot who also are questionablely untrusworthly.
After a week of continued dissatisfaction, and emailing, I took my watch to a Watch repair person. He replaced a defective battery and charged me $24.00 to immediately change my watch battery. So now the watch tells me hourly time. It's bad Internet business practice to scam customers and lie to trusting people about the watch function. There was no pre-shipping review of the single uncomplicated battery, because the battery was defective when I paid for it and it was shopped knowling defective to the USA, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with Jeulia,Hong Kong-China watch product, its quality -control prior to shipping and especially after accepting my full $400.00 payment; plus the disregard for their USA customer and expecting a local watch vendor to fix their new watch product known error.This Hong Kong based company sold their watch falsely in bad faith and accepted my payment in full without their fair, appropriate and couteous truthful advertising and followup customer service. I bought a ring and a necklace for a total of $150. When the package arrived (weeks later from China), the ring looks/feels cheap. So fake looking, you won't want to wear it.
The necklace looks pretty, but the row of stones are facing the floor when tried on. Obviously, it's a design malfunction. After about 10 emails back and forth with customer service since the day I got the package, they told me that they need to charge me 35% restocking fee for the ring (even though unworn), and will give me only store credit for the balance. Yes, $35 out of the $100! They want me to spend more money on their product and hope that it turn out okay.
As for the necklace, they will refund me only $17 for the $49 I paid.
Don't believe the high ratings, this company is not one you should spend your money on. I see better things at Nordstrom Rack for less than $20. You also get to take it home the same day.

Their products look good, but costumer service is not good at all. For a ring I purchased from them I offered to pay for fixing it (as they are familiar with their own product better than anyone else), but they totally refused as the guaranty time was passed. I didn't ask for free I offered to pay, still I was refused.

I bought 3 pieces of jewelry from this company. After about 3 weeks I finally got a tracking number. When the order was delivered I opened it to look over everything and to my surprise I only received one piece of jewelry, the least expensive at that and the 'free gift' with purchase. I immediately contact them. Now it has been endless emails back and for being asked the same questions over - just worded differently. Instead of trying to make things 'right' for their customer they are placing blame. At this point they are blaming the shipper DHL.

I ordered a bridal set for a photo shoot I had, which cost me over $100 on 02/23/19. I paid $20 for three days shipping but a week later the order still shows as processing even though they cleared my payment. I sent an email about it and they just gave me a vague answer. This company jus sucks

I received my ring today. Absolutely gorgeous! It was more than I expected! I ordered The Starry Night ring. The picture doesn't do it justice. The fit is perfect, too. FINIALLY spoke with a person, more like scam artist. So Sabrina, this is her English name, told me that a portion of my order had processed but wouldn't ship until the remaining portion was ready. She also told me that orders can take 8-18 business days to complete processing due to COVID... When I requested a cancellation Sabrina told me she'd be happy to but there would be a 30 percent cancellation fee. Purchase at your own risk, they don't hold their Chinese sweatshop kids accountable to ensure customer satisfaction.
Every ring I have bought from jeulia looks stunning and is great quality. I've had some of mine for over a year that yes have been washed, and even worn swimming and they haven't tarnished. The jeulia stone looks like an actual diamond. The customer service is amazing as well. I highly recommend it.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
