We placed an order for a ring on Dec. 5. It's been more than 40 days, and we have not received it. Tracking via USPS shows last thing ring being "accepted" in China. Wrote two messages to Customer Service via website, no answer. Called Customer Service on the phone, to be told "we'll look into it, call us back later." Messaged them on Facebook, with order ID as requested, and have received no answer with update.
This is just becoming one of the most ridiculous and frustrating buying experiences I've had online...:-(
My husband purchased a ring for me off this site to replace my old wedding ring. I am in live it is absolutely beautiful. Very well made has a lot of shine and sparkle. Would never be able to tell its not 100% diamond. It fits perfectly. 1000% recommend.

Absolutely my right hand. Had it custom made! I have two rings from Julia Jewelry. Photo does no justice to the ring. All white Sapphires. So far my experience has been positive. If it take a while for your jewelry to come, give it the 3-5 weeks because sometimes customs can get behind.
Service and product exceeded expectations. Good value. Only disappointment was the engraving... nearly impossible to discern with naked eye and appears to be some sort of etching rather than "engraved". Would recommend omitting. Not worth the extra $20.

I returned a ring that still had the tag on it. I paid to return it in it's original box, packaging, everything. Now they want to deduct $10.00 from my purchase. The ring was new, size tag never removed, not smashed as if I wore it with tag on it. This is the worst company except Time Life I have ever dealt with.

The ring is beautiful, but it's not something you wear every day. The side stones are glued in, so it's best to take it off while doing tasks. I left a previous review stating this on their website, but they didn't publish it.

Calling does nothing, the recording says the number is out of service. Live chat, forget it they make promises I don't expect will happen.
