I love my wedding ring by Jeulia. I'm a girl that's all about the bling and my ring does not disappoint. I have the champagne color stone mixed with the white and it's just stunning. Looking to add another band for Valentine's. Hubby doesn't know yet... But it won't be a problem since shipping is so fast. I have had my ring since June 2017. I don't baby it and wear all the time. Doing dishes and other household chores. It has the same sparkle as day one. No fading of the metal. I HIGHLY recommend if you want the bling without the ding in your bank account.

My husband bought me a beautiful three piece halo for my birthday to replace our simple wedding bands. We can afford a diamond but would rather put money like that toward a house or a nice vacation. The ring looks expensive. It was better than the picture. It isn't overly big or too small--just right. It shines, sparkles and all of the stones are beautiful. I love it. Keep up the good work.
My husband bought me a ring, it was beautiful. A few months ago, a small stone fell out. I contacted Jeulia, but didn't know if they could help. They offered to fix my ring for free, perhaps more so because it had been less than a year. I got super busy, and forgot. I sent an email request again last month, expecting them to say, oh well. They did not, and my ring was fixed and shipped back to me within weeks! Never once was I left hanging, or did they stop communicating with me. I'm very impressed, and I don't know why there are other bad reviews!
Rings came in 1.5 days, ordered late Wednesday afternoon came Friday morning. Stunning set, absolutely gorgeous, it's my set to wear when we go away for a weekend (so I don't lose expensive diamonds) and if my rings get too tight. Love this set and will definitely be buying more. Thank you!
I'm a regular customer of Jeulia rings. They have all been gorgeous! I also love the packaging. It's a small cardboard jewelry box, that is easily used to store jewelry or other odds and ends.My only complaint is how long it takes to receive an order. As long as quality is not comprised, orders should be a little more speedy.
Site tries to put out a good image of being helpful, ignores al inquiries. Ordered a ring back around Thanksgiving and never got a response to emails or from live site help. Spent a fair amount of money for a birthday gift in early February and never received it. Called repeatedly and was hung up on. Filing complaints with all the appropriate channels. Just want a refund at this point but will probably never see it.
My husband surprised me with 3 rings from Jeulia. I only ended up liking 1 of them and wanted him to return the other 2 since they are so expensive. He emailed them asking for a refund and they gave him the run around about getting a replacement instead. After back and forth email, they said his order was past 30 days by now so he can't get a refund. As if they were entertaining that idea in the first place. He caved in and is in the process of getting me a replacement ring instead. I'm sure they will make him pay the shipping to return the ring as well. What an inconvenience and shady business tactics. There are competitors like who are much better in their customer service. I recommend avoiding Jeulia.

I had ordered the rose gold colored skull ring two weeks ago with an engraving. Not only did it come in a timely manner but the quality is just amazing! I was looking at all the beautiful jewelry online and my husband said let me know what you like since our anniversary is coming up, I put 9 items in the cart for him to look over and pick one. 3 day later and a mo before my anniversary I got two absolutely beautiful rings! They sparkle so much, and the colors are exquisite! I have the Lilac Flower round cut amethyst and Halo cushions cut blue sapphire and I love them both! 2 down 7 more to go and I am so sure Ill be adding to my cart
Before ordering, I read many other reviews. Several complained that orders were never received, took too long, we're not what was pictured, was cheap and fell apart soon after wearing for the first time. Our order was received in two days, was exactly what was described, and is beautiful. It won't be worn for several months because it is a gift planned for Christmas, so I can't speak to its durability quite yet, but it appears sturdy enough. Very pleased customer.
I ordered jewelry on December 1,2015 with expedited shipping. Yet... I still wait. I have tried to contact Support from Jeulia several times, but they are not available and do not respond to my emails. Finally, I contacted the Support team, via "chat" and became even more confused. Jeulia's support team are very unprofessional, and they practically gave me no answers to my questions. Basically, they dodged my questions. I can only imagine when I will receive my order, or if it has been shipped. Definitely NOT a company I will be doing business with again, that is for DAMN sure! Good luck... to anyone who is in the same situation that I am in.

They also arrived in an attractive jewelry box, with the ring boxes inside of a drawer - impressive packaging. I paid for expedited shipping but never expected my order to arrive in just TWO DAYS! I am not a plain diamnond kind of girl so the designs appealed to be straight away, I have one blue and one pink design. The are unusual yet incredibly stunning with fine detailing and great colour. Extremely unfriendly customer service experience. Website states no hassle 30 day return policy however that us most definitely not the case. Have to take and send pictures and wait to see if return will be accepted

I placed 3 orders from Jeulia well before the Christmas rush and tried, tried, and tried again to get in touch with an actual human being to discuss my orders. They were more than happy to take my money, but thank God I used PayPal and I filed a claim with them and 9 weeks later I finally got a refund after countless automated emails, responses that were clearly not from English speaking people and even emails addressed to the wrong person! This company is a complete joke! Buyer beware! I don't know for sure they truly sell actual jewelry but their customer service is horrid.

Took over a month to receive ring. Paid extra for expedited and engraving. Was definitely not fast or engraved. The ring was not impressive either but what do you expect coming from China. Also sizes run small, mine don't fit. So fed up I said screw it and took a loss.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
