Cheap jewellery

Jewellery don't last for a year and they only give you "a year warranty" hmm. My fiance bought me jewellery from there several times thinking "let's give them another chance" since they are really nice, but the diamonds fall off if it's color it fades and customer service is horrible they will not help!. Never again we'll spend a penny on their jewellery it's sad Walmart jewelry last longer and its cheaper!

Brilliant item, great value for money!

I am so amazed at the quality of the Jeulia ring. I did not expect such nice work for the price, but it is great! My special Lady LOVED it! Shipping was good. Also came with a very handy cleaning wipe and gift box. So happy that I went with this shop! 5 Stars! :)

I purchased a wedding ring, its Princess Cut Created White Sapphire Women's Ring. It is gorgeous, got lots of comments and great price. Customer service was also great. I would definitively recommend this jewelry online store.

Very Dissatisfied

Received ring with stone missing. Had to pay $19.00 to ship it back for a refund. Now I am trying to save this and it is making me write at least 100 characters. The ring quality was poor as well. Very Dissatisfied.

Amazing!

I live in Hawaii so generally everything takes longer to get here. But I ordered my rings on Tuesday and it was at my doorstep by Friday! I was blown away. Prices are seriously reasonable for stunning pieces. Definitely will shop again.

Lovely stone! Unusual design. Get tons of compliments. The rose gold feature is an added plus making a truly fabulous design. I bought the size 9 for my daughter and it fit her perfectly. I highly recommend this item. You are certain to get compliments as well.

Rings are inaccurately sized and quality is sub-standard. The online picture portrayed much larger diamonds than the actual rings. They were barely visible when seen in person. The size was completely off. UPDATE:. Merchant did refund my money. Very professional and ethical

Wedding Ring Set

From start to finish the whole experience has been a pleasure, my first purchase was too big and the style of ring did not suit my slim finger. Jeulia exchanged my set for a completely different set and size, kept me updated on the status of my order, and resent new set within a week. It is absolutely stunning. Every time I wear it I get so many compliments. Great products, great service, friendly helpful staff. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great purchase as well

This was my second order from this shop. The rings are well made and a beautiful color stones. (I think the ring may be a little larger, though). They come in a cute little gift box and card for writing greeting words. Delivery to the East Coast of the U.S. does take about 3 weeks, but it is coming a long way. But Jeulia always keeps in touch with me and has been very helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company sends out a few orders but simply rips off the rest of the customers. Ordered a ring in early Dec. Never came, they did however take my money. Numerous emails and if and when you get a response, it's always the same return email, to the letter, just an automatic response. The company is located in Communist China and they are ripping of Americans and then probably selling your credit card info.

Not only did I order my wedding ring easily online, but it was on sale as well, AND I got a free gift with purchase--a lovely rose gold "heartbeat" necklace that I am wearing right now. I paid $20.00 for shipping and my package arrived in a very nice box that I plan to keep within 2 days. The ring itself is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.

Don't do it! The ring look nice online and are affordable, but all for a reason. I placed my order by accident (like many other reviews here) the website says "you will confirm order on next screen before placing order" but behold, once you click that you're stuck! No confirmation of shipping info, no chance to enter coupon codes dangled throughout the website. OH and their customer service, one big JOKE. I keep emailing them telling them I want a refund and they keep replying with "we will send you shipping information once available!" TOTAL disregard for what I'm actually saying, I don't believe they can understand what I'm telling them. Customer service on the phone will keep you on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnect you saying "try again later". If you want to spend about 30-40 dollars more than the advertised price, no sign of when you will receive the ring, and ignorant customer service go ahead. Waste of time and money!

Please know that there was no option for the code because you directly clicked the button "Buy Now", you should have clicked on “Add to Cart”, the code is available to be used in the shopping cart. We have conversed regarding this issue via the ticketing system and we have already processed the refund of the discount in our system. While you never mentioned in your emails that you placed the order by mistake and therefore requested to cancel the order. Per our records, you emailed us on Oct 6th and asked for the shipping information, we have explained that the order requires 5-7 working days to do processing before they are shipped out. Gorgeous Ring!

My husband ordered the aquamarine mermaid ring for me as an early Christmas gift. It's stunning, and looks even better in person. He was also able to apply a 60% off discount! The ring arrived at our house in 2 days, in beautiful packaging, with a complimentary polishing cloth. I will absolutely order from this company myself, and encourage my husband to do so again in the future.

Horrible!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I received a ring as a Christmas present 2017, not even 3 weeks later I developed a nasty disgusting cluster of blister looking things right where this ring sits on my finger. When I contacted the company they were no help other than to offer a different ring. However if I had this type of reaction to their cheap jewelry then I would have it with all. So I requested a refund but of course they refused. So now I'm stuck with a ring I can't wear and my fiance is out whatever he paid for it! Beware of this business shady and fraudulent practices!

Everything was wonderful until I received my purchase. It had a stone missing. After contacting customer service, they have been very positive and are going to repair and send back.

We shall see what happens. I do think that they should cover the shipping since it was not my error.

Well I personally knew going into this it was not gonna be a perfect ring but as I'm accepting a new job soon figured I'd go with something cheaper for now then get something better later. Well when I opened it up I was shocked to see it didn't look anything like the pictures and almost looked plastic. Way to embarrassed to give it to my girlfriend so rather return it and use that money plus some to get something else. Also I paid extra 20$ for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to show up..
