Jewellery don't last for a year and they only give you "a year warranty" hmm. My fiance bought me jewellery from there several times thinking "let's give them another chance" since they are really nice, but the diamonds fall off if it's color it fades and customer service is horrible they will not help!. Never again we'll spend a penny on their jewellery it's sad Walmart jewelry last longer and its cheaper!

I live in Hawaii so generally everything takes longer to get here. But I ordered my rings on Tuesday and it was at my doorstep by Friday! I was blown away. Prices are seriously reasonable for stunning pieces. Definitely will shop again.

Rings are inaccurately sized and quality is sub-standard. The online picture portrayed much larger diamonds than the actual rings. They were barely visible when seen in person. The size was completely off. UPDATE:. Merchant did refund my money. Very professional and ethical

From start to finish the whole experience has been a pleasure, my first purchase was too big and the style of ring did not suit my slim finger. This was my second order from this shop. The rings are well made and a beautiful color stones. (I think the ring may be a little larger, though). They come in a cute little gift box and card for writing greeting words. Delivery to the East Coast of the U.S. does take about 3 weeks, but it is coming a long way. But Jeulia always keeps in touch with me and has been very helpful. I highly recommend this shop.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company sends out a few orders but simply rips off the rest of the customers. Ordered a ring in early Dec. Never came, they did however take my money. Numerous emails and if and when you get a response, it's always the same return email, to the letter, just an automatic response. The company is located in Communist China and they are ripping of Americans and then probably selling your credit card info.

Not only did I order my wedding ring easily online, but it was on sale as well, AND I got a free gift with purchase--a lovely rose gold "heartbeat" necklace that I am wearing right now. I paid $20.00 for shipping and my package arrived in a very nice box that I plan to keep within 2 days. The ring itself is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.
Don't do it! The ring look nice online and are affordable, but all for a reason. I placed my order by accident (like many other reviews here) the website says "you will confirm order on next screen before placing order" but behold, once you click that you're stuck! No confirmation of shipping info, no chance to enter coupon codes dangled throughout the website. OH and their customer service, one big JOKE. I keep emailing them telling them I want a refund and they keep replying with "we will send you shipping information once available!" TOTAL disregard for what I'm actually saying, I don't believe they can understand what I'm telling them. Customer service on the phone will keep you on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnect you saying "try again later". If you want to spend about 30-40 dollars more than the advertised price, no sign of when you will receive the ring, and ignorant customer service go ahead. Waste of time and money!

My husband ordered the aquamarine mermaid ring for me as an early Christmas gift. It's stunning, and looks even better in person. He was also able to apply a 60% off discount! The ring arrived at our house in 2 days, in beautiful packaging, with a complimentary polishing cloth. I will absolutely order from this company myself, and encourage my husband to do so again in the future.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I received a ring as a Christmas present 2017, not even 3 weeks later I developed a nasty disgusting cluster of blister looking things right where this ring sits on my finger. When I contacted the company they were no help other than to offer a different ring. However if I had this type of reaction to their cheap jewelry then I would have it with all. So I requested a refund but of course they refused. So now I'm stuck with a ring I can't wear and my fiance is out whatever he paid for it! Beware of this business shady and fraudulent practices!

Well I personally knew going into this it was not gonna be a perfect ring but as I'm accepting a new job soon figured I'd go with something cheaper for now then get something better later. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
