The product itself is about what you'd expect. The packaging is very nice though. Customer service was a disaster. Tried desperately to cancel an order right after I placed it (thinking I'd have a chance to review my order before it was finalized). Emails were days in between and did not address my problem and were in broken English so it made it almost impossible to figure out what they were saying. They stalled long enough (several weeks) responding to my emails that the product actually shipped and now they won't allow me to return it because it's an odd size. The link they provide on PayPal to resolve a problem is also wrong. Very frustrating experience.
I loved my wedding ring set! My soon to be husband has not seen his yet, but I am very pleased with both. I received a confirmation email, tracking information, and got the rings in 4 days, one extra day due to the engraving. I will definitely shop here again.
I ordered one of their more expensive rings, and at first it was beautiful, but after using THIER cloth to wipe any dust off after taking it out of the box the "rose gold plating" wiped right off like it was just powdered on. I contacted them for a refund and they replied with "is it ok to exchange?" When I replied that it wasn't ok and I didn't want an exchange they never responded to me again. I had to go to my credit card company. This didn't work as expected because Jeulia.com uses paypal so now we are waiting for paypal to deal with them.
Also, after doing some research I noticed that some of their rings are being sold on ebay for $5.00 - $8.00... Don't waste your money or time they are a total sham.
As you can see in the pics, the rose gold wiped right off with their cloth it's not even close to plated as they claim.

I have recently received two rings which are lab. Created white sapphires and also created emeralds. I have been extremely delighted with both purchases. My latest multi (engagement style) stone ring is absolutely gorgeous and could easily pass for diamonds. These will not be my last purchases from Jeulia Jewelry.
This ring is HUGE! BLING BLING if ya know what I mean. I have tiny hands & size 5 fingers so I normally don't go for a HUGE center stone. But I can't get over how much I love this ring. Pics don't do this justice. Select 3-5 shipping though... regular shipping takes forever. At least it did in my case... or my review would've been a 5. Either way, I'm completely satisfied! During our experience with Jeulia no one really had a clue on what was happening and kept giving us the run around. That is until we came into contact with Emily. In a matter of seconds a problem that was hours long with another employee was solved. I would highly recommend Jeulia their jewelry is beautiful but if you have a concern with your product don't go to the customer service on the website. Wait till 9 pm and message their Facebook account and get a hold of Emily! You will be thankful and will make you question yourself on why didn't I talk to Emily first? That is if a problem arises.
I am trying to return my ring for a smaller size. No invoice was included in the package I received. I emailed the first time and they wanted to know what size ring I ordered even though I provided them with the order number. Have sent two more emails and no response. Also, I have called their number twice and both time I've been told the lines are busy, please call back later and then get disconnected. I will not buy from this company again due to poor customer service.

Beware! If the ring size label isn't kept... you may NOT return your item! I have NEVER in my life seen this. I purchased a two tone ring set and was unsatisfied with the color of the gold, however I thought I would try to wear the ring and see if the color would grow on me. It didn't, and had comments from friends that it was VERY FAKE looking, so when I tried to call the customer service they directed me to "live chat". Very dissatisfied... now I'm stuck with a ring I payed $150.00 for (that is terrible quality) with no recourse... because of a tag that is less than a center meter in size. Will not be purchasing from the company again...
I ordered a customized ring, and as per the website it take 10 days for manufacturing, and then 3-5 days shipping, tracking the progress of my order, never any updates, tried calling them, sending email with no reply, eventually they replied on a Facebook message, and even there they apologized and said they will send a request through to the production manager to speed up the process. They can not give me an estimate time of when it will be ready to ship, they are stalling the whole process. Surely there should be a way to shut down their website as I am clearly not the only one who did not receive my order

Beautiful ring! Sizing is a little big but it fits and doesn't fall off! Concerned wether it's got silver coating or if it's fully silver because my hands are allergic to any other metals on my hands! We shall see

I got these for me and my boyfriend as promise rings for our two year anniversary. These are GREAT quality. We both wear ours 24/7 unless we have a reason to take it off. Even running in the rain has not worn down my ring. Our rings remain shiny and beautiful through everything.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
