Love my tops. They look amazing and I received them in a timely manner. I would use this merchant again!
Bought a women's "Double Play" long sleeve short. They don't do returns, so I'm stuck with a tissue-thin shirt that's still too small even when I ordered a size up. I've bought men's undershirts that are far superior in quality and they came 6 to a bag for less than I paid for this. It's super stretchy, so I can wear it, but it clings to me and I hate it. Points for quick shipping.

I placed 2 orders - first order was in September and was okay. The color was darker than I expected, but was okay. The decal on the other seemed cheap. Second order placed in December was amazing. I ordered super last minute because another company dropped the ball and had zero communication. I oredered from PS and they shipped it out almost immediately and it arrived in time for Christmas! Totally stress free and amazing quick!
I worked with Frank to replace merchandise I ordered as a gift for my granddaughter. He was awesome.

Would have liked option for expedited shipping. That said, when there was a problem with the size I ordered, which was totally my mistake, Prep Sportswear replaced the item with a different size at no cost to me. I did not even have to send back the original shirt, and was encouraged to donate it, which I will do. Thanks, Prep Sportswear for your excellent customer service and being such good sports!

Order took took longer than other sites to deliver. Your communication on wait times was good. But I found similar product elsewhere with faster turn around
Unfortunately not. There was nothing wrong with the order, and your website did clearly state that you were experiencing delays. But other sites produce the same product and are able to deliver quicker. Next time I will order from either the campus bookstore or from Amazon

The shirts were very nice and made well. The hat was exceptional and looks great.
Nicely made. Why do I have to write a minimum of 40 words. I think it is up to the customer to write how much or how little or not even write anything! One has to fill this out in haven't order to move to the he next step just so you can control the outcome and force us to write something.

We'll, two sweatshirts were perfect. The two long sleeve tshirts were much too small and unable to be worn, unfortunately. It's a shame because items from Prep Sportswear can be very much worth the money. However, when items don't work at all due to manufacturing and cannot be returned as they are custom made, the price seems too high. In turn that makes ordering from Prep Sportswear a gamble. I will order again, with fingers crossed.

I am a high school Education Specialist & running an American Sign Language Club (ASL) Club. I wanted a shirt to wear to the club meetings to represent Deaf Culture. It was super easy to choose the designs of the University and they sent my package quickly! My shirt got here just in time for the meeting! Thank you!
Horrible experience with this company. Here are a few points...
1. - Paid nearly $15 shipping for ONE hoodie. AND, it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Ridiculous!
This point alone makes me never want to shop here again.
2. - No customer service phone number. Have to use a chat feature on the website and still not able to get much help!
3. The actual product is cheaply made and not as advertised. Very unsatisfied!

The product looks very nice but the shipping takes too long. I wish there was expedited shipping. We didn't receive our items soon enough to give as gifts. But they are nice hate and I'm sure someone in our family would love to have it.

The items themselves are great. The prices and shipping are both kind of high - I could wait longer, pay less and not have it go priority to pay less in shipping. I paid approx $17.62 per t-shirt which is mid-range for t-shirts. But then to have to pay $13.44 for shipping is pretty steep. That brought me to just over $22 a shirt. So it's something I can only purchase a few of maybe once a year. They could've been sent first class or ups sure post and it would be cheaper.
The actual shirts are great. They look good, are decent quality and I am happy with them.
We are very happy with the quality of if shirt. She miss wearing it by on day for Spirit Friday. Looking forward to the next one.
