The sizes run small…really small on two of the three products I got.
Also, it is difficult to constant this company to ask simple questions…you must have an "order": number…well, how about when I don't have one? I finally got through, but I didn't even know I did…terrible interface for contact.
I've used Prepsportswear all through my boys high school ans college careers. I love having merchandise match their schools and teams. We all love the quality of the applique.
Sweatshirt arrived as expected, my son was pleased with the graphics. Size up, will shrink after washing and drying. Youth XL prewash 14 post wash 12.
As described and ship time was average, overall good experience. I do wish the print was more substantial, it seems thin but I also do not know what is standard. Hope the lettering holds up to many washes and doesn't crack. We'll see

Ordered the wrong item on my part, the company gave me a replacement for free. It was very considerate!
The product was good but the communication was lacking. I never received a confirmation email when I placed my order, and I never received a shipment email. I had to keep going to the web site to check my order status. The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time for a custom order.
Love the crewneck it was so very cute. But kinda worried me because it said it was delivered but it wasn't until the next day but it's okay still got it

Embroidery is really good. Shirt placement on women's item wasn't done right so was replaced, still not wearable. Buying another article (big sweatshirt) to see if better. Good customer service experience.
The shirts look great, but both shirts fit much snugger than expected. We didn't order any customization. We wish we could return them for a larger size
Great experience in my first order. I wish I would have selected the unstructured low profile hats the first time to save me this extra money spent. But the order was very quick to arrive and look forward to showing them off at the ball parks.
Great selection of merchandise on your website to choose from. I found the exact hats I was looking for to wear to my grandkids high school baseball games. There is not many styles of shirts and hats to choose from around our town.
