I did get a response from their chat on the website 4 days after submitting. Apologized for the lengthy time to ship my product which still has not shipped 23 days later. Said it would ship out that week and it still has not.

Impossible. If you try to send a message after hours he will only speak to a robot and you basically don't get to complain to the robot. It will just list some possible time frames when your order will possibly show up. He will be bitterly disappointing if you use this site.
