Great products and high quality. Just would like some information on shipping times. Understand that these are made to order and that complicates things but knowing a week lead time or two weeks would go a long way in me purchacing more.
When I placed this order, I had received an email indicating that the APRIL2516 code would give me 50% off my order. It only gave me a 25% discount. What happened to the other 25%? It's going to be a long time before I order from your site, if ever again.

I was disappointed I did not get the 40% off coupon it said I would get for signing up. It did not show up, I ordered anyways and I would say the quality is good. Everything came in the correct size and really soft. Id order again, especially if I got the coupon!
I ordered a grey hoodie with embroidered letters. It was delivered quick and the hoodie is well made. It washes great and the embroidered lettering is very good.

Very Good. This is a future Father's Day gift for my husband. I just wish there were more Maroon color choices as I only got to choose Red as the closest color in March. Desert Mountain's colors are Maroon, Gray and White. Thank you, Robin

I'm sure it is operator error on my part, but I have ordered 2 different items 2 different times yes that I wanted personalized, and thought I entered the name as requested, but neither item arrived personalized. 🤷

The hoodies are so nice. Ordering was easy and any update to it including shipping was communicated. I ordered hoodies for each of my boys for their school (to wear to football games and for spirit weeks); they also had merchandice for the university that I work at so I ordered one for me.
