Disgusting refereeing

I have a diamond siatus for aliexpress, hundreds of orders over several years. I first faced unfair judging when the seller did not put part of the jewelry set in the order and no evidence from my side convinced aliexpress.
The weight of the parcel when sending is 0.03 grams (see photo), there must be a ring and a necklace. When opening a completely intact package, the ring was not inside. I immediately opened the dispute and added evidence.
Even weighed the necklace.
Only one necklace weighs 0.04 grams.
Therefore, if there was a ring in the package, the total weight could not be 0.03 grams!
But aliexpress was not convinced. They were not convinced that the necklace is 1.5 times more expensive than the ring; if I were lying, I would have written that the necklace was missing. But aliexpress continued to demand evidence, some documents from the post office, although the weight of the parcel when it was sent already proves the seller's lie.
As a result, aliexpress refused to give me a refund, and the seller deleted his store because of my negative review. Now he will open a new store and lie to customers again.
I waited for the order for 3 weeks, I paid for it honestly, and in the end they force me to prove my honesty.
Aliexpress requires video recording of the process of unpacking the parcel! And what proof is required from the seller? None other than the tracking number of the parcel! Seller can put any rubbish in the parcel, and the buyer is obliged to prove it a lie.
I am very disappointed in aliexpress, I warn all buyers that the refereeing is dishonest and there are simply no guarantees of the honesty of the seller and the aliexpress itself!
The name of the store that deceives customers - Easier-Buy Store.
Look, he removed all the items from the store, liar!

Tip for consumers:
unfair dispute resolution, there is no guarantee that the seller will send the item that was paid for, and not garbage.

Now is 9. 09. 21 and i still waiting my orders!
Packages aren't move from 2. 09. 21 (the first one), 3. 08. 21 (the second one) and Jeulia asks to wait, yes, one more time waiting, waiting, waiting and Jeulia doesn't try to check why packages still in China?! I am waiting from 2. 08. 21 and I don't know how long I will wait my packages from Jeulia!

Jeulia the company is lying about the delivery. Today the company informing me that my parcels have already been delivered to the post office.
I was surprised because all the parcel tracking systems show that the parcels have not yet arrived to Russia. I went to the post office, of course the parcels did not arrive. Sp the company is deceiving me!
I have been writing to them for a week that the status of the parcels is not updated. I asked to start a search, but they answered me, wait. Sp today they answered that the parcels were delivered but it turned out to be a lie. The company is not ashamed to blatantly lie to the buyer. The company has been lying to me for more than a month, at first they could not make an order for a long time, then they lied about sending the order, then they mixed up the tracking number, now they are lying about the delivered order. Please do not trust this company, especially if you are from Russia!

02. 08. 21 I ordered 2 rings. Now is 27. 08. 21! And I even don't now where is my order because track number is not available in any system! Jeulia asks to wait and to understand from 2. 08. 21 and not refund my money!
Horrible horrible company!
