King Ice

I ordered a King Ice sterling silver chain and it was tarnishing like crazy after a month despite all my attempts to care for it properly. I was using Wright's silver polisher on it twice a week and the tarnishing still never fully came out. I should've returned it immediately because the chain looked like crap even from the moment I opened it, but I was busy and hoped some proper cleaning would help. It didn't. Some of the tarnishing didn't come out even with multiple cleans. So I decided to contact King Ice about a warranty exchange and they approved it. The first issue was that I had to pay out of pocket to ship it out to them, which cost me 30 dollars. Already a problematic business model if you make people pay out of pocket for a warranty exchange when the issue has to do with product quality. The company should take responsibility for selling defective or bad quality products, not put the onus on the customer. But that's not even the worst thing that happened. When the replacement chain finally shipped, I was told I have to pay 115 dollars in duties and taxes on it. The chain that I purchased at full price was 180 dollars before tax, which means with the shipping cost and the customs charge I would've paid 145 dollars EXTRA on top of the 180 I already spent just for the warranty exchange - almost the price of TWO chains. Again, the business model here is crazy - making a customer pay double the price simply because they were unlucky enough to get a defective product? I understandably didn't want to pay the customs fee, so I reached out to customer service, and Michelle gave me a generic answer about how King Ice isn't responsible for shipping or customs costs associated with warranty exchanges. That was it. No offer of a coupon, literally nothing. This company is an absolute joke. Not only are the products absolute garbage, you will be expected to pay double the price just to receive a product of adequate quality via warranty exchange, which will probably also be garbage quality except you'll have paid double for it. I've purchased sterling silver chains and rings off amazon that haven't even started tarnishing after a year of wear. The jewelry market is so saturated and you can get good quality products from so many different companies and outlets. King Ice has to be one of the worst if not the worst jewelry merchant out there in terms of quality and customer service. I never paid the customs fee so I didn't end up receiving my replacement chain, so I have a feeling that I will never receive anything or hear from their company again and that I will be out 180+ dollars. They have the original garbage chain I sent out and I doubt I will receive any kind of product back unless I'm willing to pay over a hundred bucks in customs fees. So I just spent 180 dollars and got nothing for it. Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with, scamming their customers.

I've been wearing this necklace for 2 months. And it was given to me as a gift and it has already started to tarnish. Very disappointing, we'll never buy anything from this company again, and it only comes with a 30 day guarantee.

Just so happened to purchase this with a store wide discount code that virtually took the entire shipping price off, so I got an already amazing product for cheaper, it's great!

Excellent experience. Although I live in Europe, we received the package relatively quickly, if you take into account that it took almost a week to get it through customs. My daughter is very happy with it!

It's nostalgic for people who grew up playing Sega! I plan to buy super sonic as well in the near future! I love the detail and the way the pendant lays on my chest. Goes great with an outfit where you are wearing all black.

Searched the site for jewelry and came away with some newer released pieces. Gotta say it was a smooth experience and they add a nice tracking app to follow your package which is super nice. All in all I received my stuff pretty fast and its really dope and exactly as advised. Would use them again in the future.

I've been a fan of King Ice's products since 2020 when I first heard of them. Bought two chains and was very happy with the quality and durability. I recommend King Ice every time someone compliments me on my jewelry and or ask where I got it from. Which is often. Highly recommended and rating 5 stars. Thank you guys again for providing quality jewelry for a good price!

What an awesome Rick design. Sadly the gold plating started to rub off of the chain and the Rick Sanchez face after just a couple of times wearing. Yes I did order this product directly from company. I get a lot of compliments on my death row record earrings from King ice. Again love the designs, really disappointed in the quality. I figured my piece would last for years not days before wearing through the gold plating. Kind of amazed after the positive reviews and so forth. Not amazing a good way mind you. Pretty expensive piece considering how short-lived. Disappointed.

I just love that these products exist. Never seen anything like it. Not only that, the quality is surprisingly good.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. I ordered a set of earrings from the site. They got sent to the wrong address, I simply just asked for a refund because that gift was for a very special person. But they said no. So I'm out of money and a gift. Will not be ordering from this site again. Poor customer service and rude workers

Bought there products from zumies at first and looked so good ended up wanting more. The locks on there Cuban links are really secure so it's hard for it to get stuck in my hair. Nor can someone just rip it off you either.

Didn't know I was in the market for Chao bling. But now I got one and childhood me couldn't be happier. Played Sonic Adventure 2 for a good part growing up, just commemorating those memories with a solid piece.

Very nice black necklace on a quality chain, I'm excited to give this to my husband for Christmas! Arrived earlier than expected, came with free gift of a little jewelry bag and microfiber cloth! Happy with my purchase so far, does not look like the black will chip off like some cheap plated stuff!
