King Ice

I love the pendant, I've already received a lot of compliments on it. The only gripe I have is that it didn't necessarily say what kind of metal the chain was going to be. Like if I could have gotten a silver chain instead as like an extra option or something it would've been nice. Either way, I didn't buy this for the chain. Overall I'm super happy with the pendant.

Easy to navigate and place an order. Quick delivery and good follow up. Unfortunately, the item description doesn't specify that the metals being used are easily tarnished and so it really shouldn't be worn unless you don't sweat or ever get wet.

This site is basically a scam. Some items are probably decent, but most are just cheap and not what they are pictured to be. I purchased a single cap grill that was supposed to come with silicone mold. The silicone mold didn't mold to my teeth at all whatsoever. The 'directions' they sent did not make any sense... LITERALLY. They were very, very vague and they were also grammatically incorrect! As if someone who didn't speak english wrote them. I'm disappointed and will not buy from the site again. If you do, just beware there's a 50/50 chance you will not get what you want. I wouldn't dare spend top dollar here uh-uh.

We received our sonic chain within a reasonable time. However, this was a Christmas gift and hadn't been touched until the holiday arrived. The recipient wore it gently and now two days later the clasp already is very weak and won't close all the way. We're scared to have the recipient wear it anymore in case the pendant falls off. The clasp was only opened and closed maybe three times max. King Ice can you please send out a replacement chain (not pendant) since we seem to have received a defective one? We would really like to enjoy this beautiful gift and unfortunately, we can't right now. Bummer.

I used route protection to make sure my necklace came in good condition and it did. The pendent looked amazing and the box was not damaged. The pendant is beautiful and got me a bunch of compliments first day wearing it. Great experience overall!

I couldn't be happier with my Energy Sword! I've wanted to get something from King Ice for a while, and a limited run was the factor that finally made me cop something. Super fast turnaround, I had my necklace within a couple days.

I live in Hamburg Germany my BM bought a 12 mm chain valued at 127 € the people shipping the item wrote her email Address in the area where the real name and address goes. We could not pick it up because who would have an ID with an email name on it? They shipped it back now I will have to wait another 4-8 weeks for a cheap chain along with garbage costumer service

I would definitely recommend shopping with King Ice! The product came exactly how described and packaged very nice. It arrived quickly with no problem. It is a gift so I can't rate the product itself yet, but it looks gorgeous!

I bought the halo energy sword black gold necklace and oh my goodness it looks so cool. The chain is thick so it will not easily break but it does not hinder the appearance of it. Of course, the energy sword pendant is just perfect! The product looks well made and sturdy! Definitely waiting for the silver blue one to come back in stock. Fast shipping and email updates to make sure everything went smoothly!

Well, wanted to order one chain from that site. And realised that service just don't care about clients. But let's start from the beginning. I was about to order that chain, but my address wasn't supported by system and system in that case says to hit the support. That's what I did, at first wanna say that they were answering for few days, so in the end whole conversations was going for 2 weeks until they just started ignoring me. Maximum that they did, they asked my address on second week of our conversation. So in the end I still didn't get my answer. Don't recommend to deal with them, Support just don't care about their potential

I purchased 3 items from them and they are just amazing, I got all 3 for my brother because I couldn't figure out what to get him on his birthday. Once I showed him pictures of what came in for him, he immediately called me to tell me how much he loves the chains and the blunt tip! I'll be buying more often from these guys for sure! What I love the most is how much they interact with their customers and I heard they even send free items because of good reviews.

It took a bit longer for processing than the site said so i shot the support team an email. They responded the same day, my package was sent out the following day, and i got my shipping upgraded to two day and had the cuban on my wrist within two days. Very pleased.
