Bought there products from zumies at first and looked so good ended up wanting more. The locks on there Cuban links are really secure so it's hard for it to get stuck in my hair. Nor can someone just rip it off you either.

Didn't know I was in the market for Chao bling. But now I got one and childhood me couldn't be happier. Played Sonic Adventure 2 for a good part growing up, just commemorating those memories with a solid piece.

Very nice black necklace on a quality chain, I'm excited to give this to my husband for Christmas! Arrived earlier than expected, came with free gift of a little jewelry bag and microfiber cloth! Happy with my purchase so far, does not look like the black will chip off like some cheap plated stuff!

Amazing all around. The chain feels nice heavy and premium. Not too heavy that it would weigh down your neck but heavy enough for it to feel expensive and nice. Tracking was fast and accurate and even told me exactly when it shipped where it shipped. They also ship it first class. I'm sure you couldn't go wrong with any of these amazing chains. I'm surely gonna be buying more. Already got my eye on the pink tails chain from sonic the hedgehog

A bit overpriced for gold plating and materials used but after a holiday sale I'm too much of a Sonic fan to pass up. Knux has been my fav character since 94, and would love to scoop up that clean Super Sonic one too if they ever have another run! Piece looks amazing, and don't regret the $120 I paid for it

I purchased a chain and sun glasses from here. The chain yet early to say because I've only had for a week is nice and I like it. May feel differently later tho. The glasses were 120$ and they are cheap as $#*!. It's hard to explain but the side pieces are uneven there's a much bigger gap on one side then the other. I wore them once and noticed right away. Feels awkward on my face and looks ridiculous. So angry I wasted money on these $#*!ty glasses. For that fact alone I'll be staying away from these guys for ever. Clearly put no pride in there stuff. Also just to add about the chain yes it looks nice. But I can tell it's cheap and looked way thicker on the actual site. Cheap garbage if you ask me for way to high of a price. STAY AWAY.

I'm confused about my order. I ordered the PAC-MAN chain for $100 on Instagram shop and the first issue was that every time I put my card in, they would charge it a dollar. Then even when I did the "Check-out" page would freeze. So after 5 failed attempts of trying to buy the chain I managed to and I was happy. There was a notice saying if you buy one you can get 50% off and I was planning to buy another one. But I never got the code or indication my discount was available. I've tried to called customer service multiple times but they continually put me on hold and won't let me leave a message. They're open weekdays 8-4 or 8-5 and they refuse to answer cuz apparently every representative is busy when it's been like 40 minutes I've waited on the phone. Luckily I used my credit card because I might need to cancel my order but they won't respond!

Bought a pendant—it looked cool and still does, but after a few months it's turned brown, I took care of it, did not shower with it because I felt like it would happen (it turning brownish in hue). So after a few months expect your stuff to look wack. As stated previously it looked and still looks cool, it's just a little disappointing, but at that price it's expected.

I ordered an item in November 2022 and it was never delivered. After contacting the shop, they sent the item again in February 2023. However, the second attempt was also unsuccessful, as the item was never delivered by the shipping company (USPS), and it came back to them!

The shop has been unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, and it appears that they have no intention of resolving the issue. I believe that this shop has engaged in fraudulent activity by taking my money for an item that they never intended to deliver.

I purchased a bracelet and charm both listed as 925 Sterling Silver, however neither were real silver and was tested at our local jewelry store and proven not to be silver by acid and stone testing. The bracelet is even stamped "925" yet was proven not be even the minimum of 65% silver. Some of the cubic zirconia change colors to dirty brown after 2 months Stay away from this company!

I enjoyed all the things i bought but the delivery date kept changing with the free UPS. Additionally, when it finally got here, the box was a bit bent. I would recommend more sturdy boxes or pack them better.

Pretty good experience considering I sent the chain back twice. Although I am owed about $5 for shipping back the items I will let that sly because they never questioned my reasoning behind sending this particular item back and forth. Anyway I think they have a little bit of a quality control issue but all in all a good experience.
