I made more than 30 orders in the store. Always the goods were of excellent quality and delivery on time. On most goods, prices are lower than those of competitors. One of my orders is a Xiaomi Smart LED Desk Lamp, very bright with a color temperature adjustment and with control from a smartphone.

I needed a new smartphone and I received the newsletter from Gearbest about sales on Xiaomi devices. It was the first time that I bought on this shop. I buy from Italy, so I was a bit hesitant because of the distance and shipment time. But price was so cheap, so I bought my Redmi Note 4. Even if it was Christmas period, my parcel arrived according to estimated time. The parcel was not damaged, the smartphone works very well, I adore it! They supported me when I asked about shipment, really kind. I made other 6 orders in 3 weeks, I really love to buy from them. Prices are too convenient and I love Xiaomi products! I hope this review will encourage people, especially from Italy, who are not so convinced to buy from China.

The best website to buy technology online! Simple deliveries to Portugal, even today without any shipping problem. Whenever there was a problem with the sending, they assumed the responsibility and refunded the payment. The articles arrived always well packaged and intact. Shipping to Portugal takes about 1 month. Highly recommend! Enjoy and good deals!

I have tried several online shop, but after a few order I can confirm that Gearbest is the best one. Shipping is fast especially from local warehouses, and the point system is great, actually it is worth it because the points can make a great discount on the product what you are looking for.

The Gearbest store is wonderful because it has many low prices and still has a first-rate support team that has respect and a lot of attention with its customers. An example of this was the case recently occurred by some Brazilians who had their deliveries delayed, caused by a strike of the Tax Auditors in Brazil. Shortly after it was confirmed that there would be a strike, the Gearbest team took full care to inform their customers about the undesirable event, making it clear that delays were caused by reasons beyond Gearbest's control. But the team has always been helpful in making it clear about the facts and has positioned itself to remove any doubts about the services provided; trying to seek the best satisfaction of the customer, but always with honesty and professionalism to its customers.

Overall the experience was really good! Packaged well but at the same time not over packaged with multiple boxes or anything like that. The product was on discount but even without that it was relatively cheap to competitors! Quality of the unit is good too:)

Gearbest is just amazing for me. I check on it every day as they have a ton of fantastic deals and giveaways. I have been using their services for about 2 years and I had problems with very few items. For those I got a quick refund on every occasion. I love this site!

I bought some products with Gearbest. The products purchased have good quality / price ratios and in the future I will buy again through this site, but I have encountered some problems such as delivery times a bit higher than other sites and often the lack of traceability for most of the transport period.
Once I had to cancel an order because shipping times were getting too long without being informed, but I immediately received a refund. Therefore I recommend this site for the good quality of the products offered at competitive prices and in some cases at exceptional prices (occasionally there are super deals!) even if you need some patience to receive the goods.

Being based in Germany I order quite a lot products (especially electronic equipment) from Chinese sellers. From Gearbest alone I received around 20 deliveries. So far I am fully happy with their services.
