I ordered a charger over a month ago and Ive emailed them multiple times and I still have not received my charger. My card was charged and the site says it was shipped but its sitting in the wear house. Horrible customer service. After emailing a bunch of times and waiting for so long I ordered from somewhere else and got it within a week.
I bought a product whose cost was advertised as including shipping, but I was forced to pay extra to DHL before the product was delivered. GearBest initially refused to reimburse me.

Purchased a flight controller stack for my quad on March 31,2018 and after a couple of power ups a fet on the esc decided to give out. Contacted customer service and after explaining what happened and sent them some pictures they asked if I wanted a refund or a credit. Asked for a credit which I used to buy a different flight controller from them. They were really fast a responding which was awesome.
