Heard about Gearbest through some friends of mine who had done previous purchases on this site. They had been recommending it to me for ages and finally gave it a go. Bought an incredibly CHEAP phone for my boyfriend with AWESOME specs. I didn't believe it until the package arrived at my door. Also I used the EU warehouse and didn't pay any customs that I would have to pay if I used the Chinese warehouse.

I'm buying some stuffs from time to time and they always me surprise with their professionalism. I never had any inconvenience with shop or with any of the products that I buy.
Shipment is almost always very fast and I receive goods within 10-20 days even it's stated that estimated time for arrival is 30-40 days. Products are always exactly as they are listed on shop.

I didn't receive my item. Absolutely misleading seller. The seller after failing to ship my item that worth 400$, they provided me with a different tracking number that happened to be shipped to my country but to a different name and address, attempting to convince me that they did their part. After long battle through PayPal, and after the seller submitted fabricated information (FRAUD), and after I had to do a serious investigation, I was able to prove that the seller shipped the item to a different name and address and that what they actually shipped was an item that worth 30$ only, PayPal refunded me.
As for your below reply, I've been contacting you directly for 3 weeks, and you said file a claim with the shipping company! How can I do so if the tracking # you provided is under a different name!? You wasted my time, money and energy. Thanks to PayPal for saving my money from your SCAM business.

I usually shop from chinese e-commerce websites but Gearbest really surprised me for two main reasons. Shipping. In my experience I've never received an order in less than two weeks (Italy), with Gearbest this was possible and, more incredibly, shipping is free! Quality. I bought a branded action cam and I can't see the difference between this one and one bought from a phisically store. Fully satisfied.
I have done a lot of orders from this store (action cameras, gadgets, lambs, toys etc.). In every order, they dispatched it fast. Everything was like in the description. One time i had problem with one thing and they refounded me immediately. So this store in my opinion worths
Ordered Xiamoi Yi camera and accessories. Paid using PayPal, no problem there. Package was delivered on time by DHL. There was an issue with delivery address (typo), customer service contacted me to correct the address). They are always very polite and reaction time to support ticket messages was fast.
I purchased a tablet from them on March 17. Tablet delivered on April 11th. Tablet had a row of dead pixel. Customer service first tried to claim than more than 45 day have passed, where less than 30 days passed from purchase to claim. Then customer service offered me to return the item, which is fair, and they will quote "refund back to your GB wallet." which means that they will not return the money but rather give me credit for future purchase. This is a complete contradiction to their 45 days warranty. Had no choice but to open a Paypal dispute

Issue was finally settled. Gearbest, offered me a 60$ (25% of the tablet price)
Refund to my Paypal account, which I will use to try and fix the screen locally. Anyway, I was contacted by Pepper from customer service. She claims that "For the refund on Gearbest, we can offer both refund in payment account and GB wallet.". I will have to let other customers to check for it...

Stay away. They post offers just to collect money and gain from this or run their shop. You wont receive anything aspecially if it is on offer. Check with other online shops before buy.If they have big discount dont expect to have anything. They want the money to pay other or refund them and also buy stock. They dont have any capital to tun. They run by fooling customers and trying to fool paypal by fake shipment or partial part cheaper to fool paypal that they have shipped your products. Stay away you have been warned.

My experience so far has been great.
The first time I ordered from Gb i didn't know what to expect, but as soon as my first package arrived I knew I could order again. Years later, I still use Gearbest and nothing has changed. The prices are still reasonable, the shipping time to Croatia is good, and the products come undamaged so i never had to return anything.
I would recommend Gearbest to anyone.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
