This was my first gearbest shopping experience and i have to say it was an excellent one.
Firstly, the discounts are insane. Mostly all the products are on flash sale and if not, you can easily find discount codes for them.
Secondly, i ordered my product on 11.11, and it arrived on 14.11. I would never imagine it would be possible for the item to arrive so fast. Even in my own country, the logistics aren't as good as this.
Anyone in doubt, i would definitely recommend buying on gearbest.

I have made tens of orders in this place, and I trust it enough to buy expensive phones and electronics.
I recently purchased a Xiaomi M365 electric scooter using a coupon. The shipping was very fast, the product arrived perfectly, as always.
I've been shopping in gearbest almost a year now and I am very pleased with my experience. Assortment and prices are excellent. Sometimes there are excellent discounts and promotions. And thr "Gearbest points" is great feature.
The only drawback is the time of delivery. Two or three times my orders lost in transit but the store has given me moneyback or sent the parcel again.
I have been a customer for more than 2 years. My experience is really great. The packages are well wrapped, the shipping time and methods are in a satisfactory level and the support center is always there to help you.
Gearbest lost my order, but would not take any action until 8 weeks after my order was originally shipped, then they would not give me a refund, only a store credit or the offer to reship my order from China. Don't use they are not worth their cheap prices.
I always buy porducts from the store because I am certain that the shipment will arrive soon and in good condition at very favorable prices. Do not present any inconvenience in the reception of my order, on the contrary, it arrived just in time.

Still had to go through hell and high water with my order just to finally have it refunded to my card. It would have been better if I actually received my order but good enough for me because along with the refund I was given a bonus 300 points.
It's official I'm never ordering from or recommending this site to anyone that lives in the U. S they don't refund your money instead they give the money back via points in their website. And they want me to pay more for an item i already paid for just so they can ship it out.
I ordered 2 10 ft cords for my iphones. Approx. 5 weeks later I received them. Neither one worked. There is no customer service. I finally complained to Paypal. They opened a claim and GearBest offered me a 1/2 refund. I said no, I wanted a full refund since both cords didn't work. They now requested me to send back the product. Well it costs more to ship them back to China than they are worth. They do NOT offer a return label. Then they claim it will take 1 month for them to "review" my claim for the refund. I will not buy from China or GearBest ever again!

I am a somewhat new customer on gearbest so i might won't have the best description of the site. My experience with gearbest is good i haven't had the slightest problem with them and as for their products i was mostly satisfied except a wifi repeater which was malfunctioning. Their customer service is good and they answer you within 1-2 days

I have good experience with the store, twice happened to me that the delivery was delayed, but without the slightest problem. Everything can be waived, given the quantity of goods offered and their prices. I can only recommend buying via gearbest. I like you way of working Gearbest. From that facts they are accept paypal, send to my country, take picture of package before they send, not so bad time of delivery, always something interest on promotion, price is popular... I have long wanted to update my old cigarette mod. I ordered a Vaporesso Revenger X for myself **************140 03/07/19). Unfortunately, this product was not in stock and I was offered a full replacement with partial compensation. The goods were shipped as soon as they arrived at the warehouse by the fastest carrier. The parcel arrived without defects and dents. Satisfied with the quality and service. I will order more.
Not able to fulfill my order for a 3D printer. Waiting 5 weeks for stock based on a promise from the customer service manager (Alina Zhang)that I would get. They even lied to say they can not sell the printer as supplier issues but they are selling, even on a flash sale. Blatant liars!
Don't bother... I placed two orders with them. They say they have stock, but all of a sudden you get sorry no stock. Replies to tickets all say sorry, then I see on Facebook the amount of people having the same problem. I think I will cut my losses, and accept that nothing will come. I will contact PayPal to get my money back, and suggest that they remove themselves from Gearbest.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. There is a reason that they are NOT on eBay... So my advice to everyone is to stay far away from this socalled Company... No mail, no adress, no phone?

Answer: You can try the Better Business Bureau like I did however they never responded to them either, they did respond to the tickets I opened up on their site but the replies weren't of much use and not very helpful.

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
