Okay lets clear the air. They had an overwhelming time at Christmas and Chinese New Year is something everyone there takes time off for a couple of weeks. They had more orders than the factories could produce and so there were some late orders on Christmas and that makes for some unhappy comments that reverberate or echo throughout. Gearbest.com has been making up for it ever since. The fact is as I see it is they sell quadcopters cheaper and ship them faster than anyone I have ordered from in Asia. I only wish they had more things to sell. I got my order in Arizona in 14 days from them and that's really good time considering the other three places I ordered from take a month, give or take a few days.
Have ordered from gearbest for over a year now and have always received my orders in good time with no damage. I have only had brief dealings with customer service (mostly pre order questions) and experience has always been good.
I buy a lot things on this site. Branded items are always only original, there are good discounts and you can throw off a little more by applying points.

First of all, I need to say that I made some purchases already one gearbest and I'm happy with those products. But when we have a problem with any of it, the return and costumer service are a real nightmare.
They dont care if you are waiting for a month or not, sometimes they even ask you the same question in two following tickets, that they take a all day to answer.
For me, their return services is just ridiculous and I dont recommend to anyone

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
