My order is still processing for 42 business days and nearly two full months after purchase on February 7,2016. Sent messages several times with no response in return. Maybe I'll get a standard we're sorry for the delay answer, but more likely I will not receive the product.

I used Gearbest to buy Xiaomi brand items: Mi Band, Mouse pad (with awesome mascot rabbit in spacesuit) and Piston Headphones. All those items were delivered without problems, although for some people delivery times may feel slow (but seriously, what do you expect from free shipping?). Packaging was perfect, in "ready to gift right now" condition.

Of course they don't answer anything on my requests for refund. Please take into consideration that I have also paid for an expedited shipping (2-5 business days) so that the items arrive sooner. Refund warranty?
Unfortunately, I can not report anything good here. 7 month ago I ordered a draw pad, which was faulty! Now I wait without success for 6 months and countless messages to get refunded from Gearbest!

Hi guys. Well, there was no problems with this shop at all. You can chose delivery method - registered parcel or unregistered low cost shipping, or express shipping. Also they provide variety of payment methods, credit card, paypal etc. It's very strange to read reviews in which people blame their support, they replied very quickly and always help me. My last order, an small fidget spinner was broken while delivered, gearbest refunded me next day I contacted them. So, if you don't want to mess with searching for a adorable seller on aliexpress, I would recommend to look at gearbest. Good luck! :)
I order a mobile which arrives without sim card holder, after several messages they offer me 6$ refund instead sending the missing part. Now I have paid 180$ for nothing. Be aware, if something wrong on your order you'll not be assist.

I'm using Gearbest as my main China electronics online store. I usually hunt for "flash sale" items. Their prices are pretty good and discounts are sometimes really big. Also their customer service is great if you need it compared to some other online stores alike.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
