Purchased an electric hover board on November 13,2015 from this company. Have yet to receive it. Have submitted tickets many times only to be told, "it has been shipped, be patient". Supposedly, it was shipped Dec 17th with delivery in 8-15 business days. They gave me a tracking number which you cannot use because it's coming from China.
I am tired of waiting. Thankfully, I used PayPal. They are now investigating my case.

My first experience with Gearbest was very good, good service, purchase approval was fast, delivery on schedule, product arrived in the right conditions, be happy because international online purchases give a little fear, but everything went well.

Ordered a product in early December and have not received it. Sent two emails asking what the problem is, but no response. Went through PayPal and am issuing a claim against them and will get my money refunded. Too much of a hassle - avoid ordering or dealing with GearBest!

Gearbest has NO support. They say they issued tickets but when I log on nothing is assessable. Contacting them directly only gets you another ticket. Their online site hardly works and very difficult to make contact with, even then no support.

I am pleased to assure you though, after purchasing from Gearbest myself, several times, there is absolutely nothing to worry about! All products arrive, working and quite speedily to say they are shipping FROM China! AT first glance, Gearbest looks like any other Chinese site with a lot of choices but unreliable services. After your first few purchases, you open up to the wonderful service history, quick delivery and friendly staff. Cheaper than any retail or online store with same or better quality.
Prices are pretty alright. Web site is easy to handle. Shipping and delivery is not bad, remember that things take time from China, it's a long way! Packages have always arrived in perfect condition.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
