It's funny to read other reviews too. Either 1 or 4-5 stars. Nothing in between. For me Gearbest should find a way to update faster or even better in live time the availability of the items or be more strict to the stores that sell their products.
It's unacceptable that we pay for items and only when we issue a ticket, only then we get informed that something is out of stock.
First time, I waited more than 20 days, second time it turned out of stock just 4 days after my order (wasn't on flash sale or anything similar).
Regarding the shipping time brace yourselves if you live somewhere far from China and not close to a warehouse.

I just found so many bad reviews on this "company". Here is my advice to gearbest.com: 出来混迟早要还的.
Repeatedly buy different goods using this site, and have never been disappointed, I do not understand people who write negative. I see only quality service and timely technical support that are ready to resolve any issue in favor of the client. Gearbest very loyal to its customers, and it is captivating for further cooperation with this company. Ordered both small and large goods to Russia, everything came within 2-3 weeks in perfect, unopened condition. Constant action only exacerbate the desire to buy something through them, because so much low prices and attractive discounts only at Gearbest.
I've shopped with Gearbest for a few years now. Some packages had trouble getting to my address. In all cases Gearbest resent it again or gave me the money back. When I complain about the quality of products, I am always heard.

I love this shop because in my opinion, you can't find better. Aliexpress have problems with delivery and items quality(30% are pure fake), taobao-almost the same. Even being a bit more expensive than these two giants, gearbest provides quality customer service, adequate variety of different goods and pretty nice and comfortable design. I had problems only with one parcel, but cust. Service solved it in a few days and i received money back.

I have been purchasing items from Gearbest for a while and had multiple orders. Everything worked really fine and without any problem. Sometimes the order takes a lot to arrive and other times it's much faster but, at least until now, all the deliveries got in time.
Purchased numerous products from gearbest (mostly Xiaomi branded items) without issue. Delivery time can vary a great deal, but customer service have been very responsive when I inquired. My favorite part of their site is the rewards program. Points are given fairly liberally (you get points for joining, given feedback, writing reviews, adding photos/videos to reviews, creating tickets, etc) and can be used almost as soon as they are earned. This is awesome compared to restrictive rewards programs at other stores where points expire quickly and have minimum redemption thresholds.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
