This shop has "audit" procedure for every good shipped away, so you have to be solid sure - your goods will work properly out of a box.

It's funny to read other reviews too. Either 1 or 4-5 stars. Nothing in between. For me Gearbest should find a way to update faster or even better in live time the availability of the items or be more strict to the stores that sell their products.

It's unacceptable that we pay for items and only when we issue a ticket, only then we get informed that something is out of stock.

First time, I waited more than 20 days, second time it turned out of stock just 4 days after my order (wasn't on flash sale or anything similar).

Regarding the shipping time brace yourselves if you live somewhere far from China and not close to a warehouse.

My brother is a customer too 3 years now. We used to get our orders in two weeks (as claimed by the site). Half year now, both of us have long delays and issues.

If gearbest.com continues its current ways of doing business, the Chinese officials should shut down such an international scam!

I just found so many bad reviews on this "company". Here is my advice to gearbest.com: 出来混迟早要还的.

Repeatedly buy different goods using this site, and have never been disappointed, I do not understand people who write negative. I see only quality service and timely technical support that are ready to resolve any issue in favor of the client. Gearbest very loyal to its customers, and it is captivating for further cooperation with this company. Ordered both small and large goods to Russia, everything came within 2-3 weeks in perfect, unopened condition. Constant action only exacerbate the desire to buy something through them, because so much low prices and attractive discounts only at Gearbest.

I have been buying Gearbest for 2 years now, literally I have made at least 8 orders with many products and I feel comfortable because it has variety, for its prices, for its promotions, for its fast shipping at low cost and for its quality. I have only had problems with two products that came out defective, but do not worry, they respond immediately giving you the option of refund or replacement of items. I will continue buying in this store because it is the best of all and I invite you to check it out.

I love this shop because in my opinion, you can't find better. Aliexpress have problems with delivery and items quality(30% are pure fake), taobao-almost the same. Even being a bit more expensive than these two giants, gearbest provides quality customer service, adequate variety of different goods and pretty nice and comfortable design. I had problems only with one parcel, but cust. Service solved it in a few days and i received money back.

P. S In my opinion, the most of the people who write negative comments here about undelivered parcels, haven't bought insurance. Before ordering, read FAQ pls, i had the same problem. Thank you very much.

Purchased numerous products from gearbest (mostly Xiaomi branded items) without issue. Delivery time can vary a great deal, but customer service have been very responsive when I inquired. My favorite part of their site is the rewards program. Points are given fairly liberally (you get points for joining, given feedback, writing reviews, adding photos/videos to reviews, creating tickets, etc) and can be used almost as soon as they are earned. This is awesome compared to restrictive rewards programs at other stores where points expire quickly and have minimum redemption thresholds.

Bought from this site 2 times, and both packages were delivered in time without damage, there are big discounts, which are updated every day, special offers referred to your most likely chosen goods, support is always polite, answers all your questions, and many many more good things
