I ordered a lot of things from Gearbest over the last year. Prices are cheap, payment was always easy, packaging very good, items as described. The shipping duration was between 11 and 28 days. Support responded within 24 hours. Overall it is a excellent online shop.

Gearbest is one of my favourite web stores. Recently i did order Xiaomi Mi Note 2, package was send on the next day by DHL and i did get package after 3 days. Everything went smooth, has no problem so far.

Gearbest usually dispatches very fast and has lot's of different shipping options, even with tracking for very cheap. They also have fast response customer service, friendly and in good english. Plus their points system is really useful since you get far more credit than usually an can use every point instantly, without needing to amass an minimum to redeem.

Ordered many items from gear best all arrived on time, had an issue with one item but was resolved within 1 day can't ask for more. Gearbest support is quick to answer and responds quickly and are easy to understand.

I have been buying at Gearbest for six months, mainly electronic gadgets. With little money you can buy interesting things. My first purchase was Xiaomi electric kettle, and so far it works well. I had no problems with the support centre. Package delivery usually takes about 30 days.

Already not first time ordered in this shop. Treatment of orders takes place quickly, dispatch too. A commodity is quality and well packed. Some questions happen even if, then a shop goes to meet. All I recommend

Gear best is a pretty solid web store to buy products from. Especially if you're looking for electronics and specifically pc peripherals. The type of products they store are high quality but low price thanks to them not necessarily being the same big-name brands. Don't be fooled though they still have the same big-name brand quality. Ordering wise it can be a bit strange getting all your products into one order cause occasionally they give warnings that they can't ship certain items in the one cart, but there are ways to work around that. I think that's just a website bug. Overall very good and highly underrated website. Would recommend

About 30 orders, all delivered. One order did not come, after contacting the store immediately resubmitted. Today this product has already been received. I like the system of discounts and accumulation of points. Thanks to this, you can purchase goods much more profitable than in other stores. A huge range of goods.

Summary: I highly recommend it. Haven't experienced any problems buying from gearbest. Gearbest has a bonus point system for writing product reviews/taking pictures and videos, which is pretty nice and rewarding.

Site: Clean and nice looking website; Easy to navigate and fast responding (from Europe); Easy internal tracking of orders (picture of personal package included)

Support: Answers pretty quick within a few hours.

Packaging: Also no flaws here, everything was in good shape when it arrived.

As i can see there are some people unhappy with gearbest services. Untill now i order more than 20 times. Im happy with it. Very cheap products. But also i am doing dropshipping from this site. So far no complain.

Just got another request for information about my experience so here is a global comment. I got my goods in the end but only after starting a process against them through paypal. AFTER hours of writing and waiting on hold for their chat line to respond. I have figured out that if they do an honest business with some and cheat many others they can keep some positive reviews rolling in and their profits high from the cheating side of things. Also, how many cheated customers suffer in silence. Site jabber may be only reporting the tip of the iceberg. Never again for me. Thank you Site Jabber, you were a big help.
