It's about 6 months and i'm purchasing from GearBest, and from my experience I can say it's a really really awesome online store, It's sell very good quality product with a good price.
I like their support service, they answer in a fast period and all their answers are really clear and understandable!
The shipping methods that they offer are very safe, sometimes it can take a long time to delivery, But it rarely happen!
Anyways, I really recommend you to try this website and this service, you'll really love it!
Bought Dash Cam on Amazon. Needed product support. Amazon referred me gearbest.com. Gearbest.com does not provide an option to request support if you buy from Amazon. I gave them a bad review. They replied, go to our web site. There product support is mindless. They are a poster child for buy locally.

I live in Slovakia and buy a lot of items from gearbest.com, I'm impressed with the shipping times which can be anything from 15 to 25 days in most cases, Very rarely has it taken longer.
What I'm most impressed with it the good quality items and for that reason alone I will continue to buy from them.
I ordered a TV box on Gearbest.com after reading good reviews of the site. Order was made on 29 Nov but after 5 days, the status is still shown as processing. Tried to email their support by creating a ticket on their portal. After 2 days, still no response from support.
There is absolutely no communication at all from the site. You don't know if your order is being processed or when your item will ship. You cannot get to speak to anyone because no phone number is listed on their site. There is no option to refund or cancel order in situation like this and you are stuck wondering if this site is legit and if you've been cheated of your money.

Gearbest is one of chinees web stores that I already buy something, but Gera best is the best! A lot of warehouses in europe hat can dramatically decrease shipping time. Good prices and a lot of different stuff! You can spend all of your free time looking fo something at gear best.

Gearbest is a great online store. I've been buying products from them for two or three years, and it has always been a good experience. The website and app are easy to browse, communication (when needed) is good and they answer very quickly, and my products always come well packaged and undamaged.
I have ordered 2 products and have yet to run into any issues. Both items were delivered fast.
Orders are usually shipped out in 1 or 2 days. What i like is that there are loads of shipping options. For example you can select more expensive shipping if you want to recieve your item in a few days, and if you want to save money while shipping there are inexpensive options, keep in mind that those options usually take 15-25 days to deliver. And they also ship to Lithuania which i can't say about all other online shops.
Will definitely buy stuff from them again, and would recommend to my friends.

I've waited for my order for a month (W************** Nov 02,2015), but it's normal for free delivery from China to Belarus. If you buy for more than 50$, you receive free tracking numbers and so can follow the shipment. Gearbest also sends shipment photo. They always have pleasant sales and promotions and staff is ready to help.
Every purchase I made went good. I've never gotten to the point with this shop that I knew I wouldn't buy at them again. Everything is smooth, support is awesome and always keen to help you. Would recommend.
I mainly buy FPV gear from here but I have also purchased household items and other electronics. They sell genuine branded items. I would say, if you are in a hurry, do not buy from here but if you plan ahead you can save a lot of money. Typical shipping times to the UK are around 2 weeks and I have received items as quick as 4 days which just outright shocked me.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
