This was my first order with GearBest. I wanted to see how the whole thing works. It turned out to be a perfect match. I received my watch MEGIR 2002 Male Quartz Watch within the scheduled transport time. Unfortunately, it did not work. And then starts the magic of GearBest! Their staff answered my complaint immediately, within hours, advising me on what to do to be able to receive the replacement or a refund. They completed the whole process and refunded my payment in a couple of days, like 2 max! I was amazed!

I received defective product. I filed a return/exchange request on the Gear Best website. I was put in contact with the seller. They promised a replacement on May 28th. And after several more messages between us the seller now says they never heard from me at all until June 25th. GearBest represents many sellers and they take no responsibility for the products they sell. If you do get an email sent to them - you won't receive an email back you have to go back to the site, log in and look for your messages

Mailed my item from China and took two 1/2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived was not compatible with my IPad. When I contacted GearBest they responded three days later saying I could get a $5 credit or pay again for shipping back to China with NO guarantee of a refund or exchange. Given the small $25 investment with the possibility of another two shipping charges it made sense to me to cut my losses. I will never buy from GearBest again.
The order is divided into three orders and all arrived by DHL, very well... Although they took a while to send.
The first package was sent on January 28 and the last one was received on March 11... They had a lack of stock.

I have been shopping in Gearbest for a year, I have made about 50 orders and I have never been disappointed with them. The most expensive thing I bought was the OnePlus 6 smartphone. It came quickly, within 3 weeks. The package was safely packed. The smartphone came in perfect condition, works as it should. I am very happy with this purchase because I bought it much cheaper than at my home country.
To make it short. I received a non working tablet which altogether costed me around $164. For some ridiculous reason, they wont pay for the retur. Shipping which costed me $34... telling me to refer to their policy... so I wasted $34 and sent them back... 1 month later, I am told that they still have not received the package. They did not want their customers to use UPS, FedEx, etc so I sent it using USPS which does not provide tracking unless using more costly option which will cost as much as the tablet. Wasted money and time trying to resolve this problem... should have contacted the credit card company in the first place.

Gearbest has been fantastic. I've places numerous orders and, touch wood, never had any issues. If ordering from a chinese warehouse it obviously takes longer than from an EU warehouse but still only 2-3 weeks in my experience. EU warehouse was 2-3 days though! Very impressive.
It's a brilliant place for Xiaomi stuff in particular. They have a great stock of items at very reasonable prices. I also recommend downloading the gearbest app as you can collect points by signing in each day which you can use to part-pay for stuff, I've earnt about a tenner so far.
All in all very pleased so far

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
