I ordered many things on Gearbest - my best purchase was a jumper EzBook 2! A perfect laptop for only 160.

Their Customer service is really fast and helpful.

If you come from germany i recommend germany express shipping! 2 Week shipping without taxes!

I'm very happy of my orders done at Gearbest.com that's why I want to share it! The choice of product is large enough, and the very good point is the possibility to choose between different shipment options, often the slowest is free but if you want your product faster, just a couple of $ is often enough.
I definitely recommend Gearbest! I got my earphones in 2 weeks!

I bought a smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, gave me confidence because they allow me to make payments through paypal. The product arrived at a prudent time, was well protected and works perfectly. Compared to other pages, the price in gearbest was cheaper.

I ordered 3 hoodies in XL size. Im 5'10" and medium to heavy build. When the hoodies came i had a hard time getting them on... they are way too small especially for an adult XL...

I looked for a way to email support to try and get a refund. But their site is broken and it was set up to send me an email to authenticate which never arrived (even in my junk folder)
I gave them to my 13 year old nephew they fit him perfectly. Never buying from this site again

For my opinion Gearbest is one of the best Asian store - fast reply from support, interesting deals, free delivery for most low price products.
I ordered Liitokala 100 charger and it came very fast to me absolutely safety. It works great! I recommend this store to everyone!

I make an order in December last year at a great price. Order amount was $ 40, such orders are sent free of charge, without track, but toavar arrived safe and sound before the new year, a present success. I advise you to buy in the store.

Best Service from GearBest

I would like to recommend GearBest to everyone who wants to buy products that are either not available in their country or available at less in other countries like China.
GearBest is far better from other e-commerce companies like AliExpress, Banggood because of their Customer service, product quality, faster delivery and shipping insurance.

GearBest time to time also provides various discounts, flash sales, various games and coupons to their users.

A few days ago I have ordered Xiaomi Business style backpack from GearBest, it arrived in just 10 days. Product packaging was good. It was my first order on GearBest and it was an awesome experience.

An excellent Chinese store

I have been using this site for 2 years and never had any problems.In general, happy with the site, good prices, there is free delivery with a track when ordering from 40 dollars. There is a system of charging points for orders and reviews. Delivery is an average of 14 days, which is good. Once came the brace tablet, but quickly resolved all the questions. I wish the site promotion and good prices for its customers

This was my first order with GearBest. I wanted to see how the whole thing works. It turned out to be a perfect match. I received my watch MEGIR 2002 Male Quartz Watch within the scheduled transport time. Unfortunately, it did not work. And then starts the magic of GearBest! Their staff answered my complaint immediately, within hours, advising me on what to do to be able to receive the replacement or a refund. They completed the whole process and refunded my payment in a couple of days, like 2 max! I was amazed!
GearBest rules!

I received defective product. I filed a return/exchange request on the Gear Best website. I was put in contact with the seller. They promised a replacement on May 28th. And after several more messages between us the seller now says they never heard from me at all until June 25th. GearBest represents many sellers and they take no responsibility for the products they sell. If you do get an email sent to them - you won't receive an email back you have to go back to the site, log in and look for your messages

Review of my experience with Gearbest

I have been ordering from Gearbest for about a year now. My experience has been the best online store to order tech from. Not only it has the ability to order via Spain Express which is a faster option for me in comparison with Standard Shipping, but also the quality of the items and the brands they provide, as well as the packaging used is excepcional. But, most of all, it has by far the best customer service I have ever had. It takes less than 24 hours to respond to my questions, which, in online shopping, helps create a bond with the store you are using. So, without a dough, I will be continue to use Gearbest as my main tech store! Thank you for your support!

I totally satisfied with GearBest, everything is good - gigantic variety of goods, support center is working amazing and fast, delivery time is also fantastic. The website and app are good looking and easy to explore. Paying via PayPal, credit card or WebMoney. Using points can cut a price up to 30%. Gearbest, the best way to buy online

I have been buying in gearbest for less than a year, but I have already placed several orders. I am from Spain. Some have taken longer than others to arrive, and as with any purchase, the products do not always arrive well, but thanks to Gearbest's customer service, you will not have any problems. They will inform you of any questions about the shipment, address your problems with a defective product or respond quickly to any inconvenience.

I recommend your website, as well as your APp to buy what you need.

In addition, you can pay with PayPal for more peace of mind.

Mailed my item from China and took two 1/2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived was not compatible with my IPad. When I contacted GearBest they responded three days later saying I could get a $5 credit or pay again for shipping back to China with NO guarantee of a refund or exchange. Given the small $25 investment with the possibility of another two shipping charges it made sense to me to cut my losses. I will never buy from GearBest again.

The order is divided into three orders and all arrived by DHL, very well... Although they took a while to send.

The first package was sent on January 28 and the last one was received on March 11... They had a lack of stock.

By DHL they arrive in Mexico in 5 days

Best electronic store ever

I have been shopping in Gearbest for a year, I have made about 50 orders and I have never been disappointed with them. The most expensive thing I bought was the OnePlus 6 smartphone. It came quickly, within 3 weeks. The package was safely packed. The smartphone came in perfect condition, works as it should. I am very happy with this purchase because I bought it much cheaper than at my home country.

Stay away!

To make it short. I received a non working tablet which altogether costed me around $164. For some ridiculous reason, they wont pay for the retur. Shipping which costed me $34... telling me to refer to their policy... so I wasted $34 and sent them back... 1 month later, I am told that they still have not received the package. They did not want their customers to use UPS, FedEx, etc so I sent it using USPS which does not provide tracking unless using more costly option which will cost as much as the tablet. Wasted money and time trying to resolve this problem... should have contacted the credit card company in the first place.

Gearbest has been fantastic. I've places numerous orders and, touch wood, never had any issues. If ordering from a chinese warehouse it obviously takes longer than from an EU warehouse but still only 2-3 weeks in my experience. EU warehouse was 2-3 days though! Very impressive.
It's a brilliant place for Xiaomi stuff in particular. They have a great stock of items at very reasonable prices. I also recommend downloading the gearbest app as you can collect points by signing in each day which you can use to part-pay for stuff, I've earnt about a tenner so far.
All in all very pleased so far

I found GearBest a few months ago and I was straight away surprised by their prices and discounts compared to my local online stores. My first order was a set of headphones, which arrived fast and in excellent condition.

Best store on the web

Gearbest is one of my favorite online stores with best price on the web. If I had any questions their support answear me very fast. My last product which I made was Star Wars puzzle model, great quality for a great price. Right now if I wanna buy something on the web my first choice is Gearbest.
