Bought a 3d printer from gearbest, they sent me a broken one, 2 month of trying to contact them and got nowhere, even though they have a 3 day return policy on defective items they basically beat around the bush until they claimed that my refund requests were past the date even though i have proof of me contacting them well within the 3 days. Now they want me to spend $400 to ship it back to China for a $200 dollar refund. They also lie about thier shipping policies, i bought mine on a Monday, they claimed it shipped on that Wednesday, except the tracking number they gave me said that the item didnt even arrive at the fedex facility till 2 weeks AFTER they claimed it shipped. Talked to their customer support 8 times, not once were they helpful and on several occasions they actually just flat out ignored me.
Gearbest is one of the main online shops in china with a very good connection to European countries by providing several shipping methods. I made several orders from this site and I never found any problem regarding the shipping or the product. I also had used the support to cancel one order and to know more details about how the webpage works. They were very friendly and reach me within one day without major problems.
Moreover they have a lot of products not available in European countries!
I bought in the store two devices: IPV Mini 2 and Goblin RTA.
While shopping I have no problems in communicating with support, delivery time (3-4 weeks to Russia) and quality devices. All services at a high level.
I recommend this shop because of the good price of the device, large variety various types of devices, high-quality customer support, the ability to pre-order, a good bonus system.

From 20 November 2018 I am waiting for a miserable refund of $ 25 for an amazfit peace that no longer works. 90 days and still write that they are processing the refund and have even come to threaten the closure of my account if I had continued to complain (of course with increasing tones on my part since they make fun of) the slowness!
Absurd and totally incompetent!
It's ridiculous how they handle it and all this for $ 25 and 37 messages exchanged!

Recently Purchased bluedio t2+ from gearbest in stealing deal. Product arrived in 10 days which is unbelievable for international purchase but the product mic was not working which i believe manufacturing defect. So I interacted support team and they are so nice and helpful, they totally understand my issue and refunded the full amount. Really very nice experience with gerabest

Worst customer service ever: they delivered me a faulty product (a video gaming console that I paid 120) from their warehouse in UK and asked me to return it to CHINA.
After I did that (it cost me 20 more) they say they didn't receive it!
ANd now they don't want to give back the money, they offered only 40 dollars as a partial refund. It's been 2 months I'm trying to get my money back.
Update:
They finally said my product arrived to their place,: they gave me back the full refund + 8 dollars on gearbest wallet.

Product I ordered was shipped in ordinary time ~ about 5-6 weeks with standard option so its not bad :) Product came with a note from the store about the order. Orders usually are properly prepared for the road and its not often that they come in more than expected elements xD

Pros: The best site to buy Chinese brands, great promos and almost always the lowest prices ( but always check google shopping). Customer service has been great.
Cons: Lowest shipping time is 15 days to USA, 30-40 days to India! With "priority line shipping method!

The quality of customer service is also very good from my experience. They reply once a day and are very kind to help you. I also like the payment methods since there are plenty to choose. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
