I already made many orders on Gearbest with 0% of failure. The best is the recently order a Lipo charger which was out of stock. They replace the order with a better charger with no any extra cost. Maybe the live chat system having some bug but you can use the ticket to contact them or even Messenger. About product quality so far i never had any broken/damaged item. All works great on arrival. To get best deal wait for the flash sale its totally insane price.

I found several products that was looking for with the best price among several other sites and after the purchase were posted the following days, within a few days were already in the destination country, delivery is very fast.
All products arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged, I never had any kind of problem.
I already bought some products in gerabest, one of them was a Xiaomi Mi A1 that arrived in Brazil (I am from Brazil) in 20 days. Came well packed and the post was fast.
Most of my purchases were shipped one day after payment confirmation. I've never had a problem with Gearbest. I think it's great to buy installments. Another positive thing is the GB points acquired with each purchase made, which become discounts for new purchases.
Gearbest makes shopping easy. I mostly shop there for electronics and electronic related things and I've never been disappointed in any of my purchases. From phones to quality keyboards and mousepads, I haven't found a better site for it. The shipping is always fast and almost always avoids customs, which very few other sites provide.
I'm usually very skeptical about buying stuff online but this is one site you won't go wrong. I've bought stuff from Aliexpress and DHgate. Gearbest far outperforms the two. Aliexpress is probably the riskiest and DHgate being relatively safe. But the customer service of Gearbest is outstanding, they'll reply you within 24 hours with helpful solutions.
I ordered 2 of the same phones. 2 orders. I'm not sure if I should be mad at them for choosing terrible couriers and allowing products to sit for months at locations. Or if they are sending faulty tracking. In either case, they should know there is a problem by now. I've seen countless other complaints of packages taking 3 months to arrive. I am in the U.S. and ordered from their UK site. Both times they said they used FEDEX to deliver to me. One used FEDEX, then after countless inquiries on the 2nd phone I found it was actually sent through USPS. Their delivery practices are insufficient. Unless you don't care if your items take 25% of a YEAR to get to you find another company to order from.
I found gearbest by lurking at budgetlightforum. I've done some small orders below $10 value.
Goods were as described and delivery time between 1-3 weeks as always with free shipping from China. Everything has always been ok and I trust them enough to get a smartphone through them.

My first order was pretty much what i expected. Not very quick. Any ticket i placed was answered ASAP.
Quality was awful. But worked for kids fun. Lasted about three or four days before they started falling apart.
My second order, Placed on November 28th, still haven't received. And the tickets i send ether get ignored or deleted.

Thought I'd try gearbest because they had an item I have been wanting for a decent price. Only to find out they never had they product and can't get it. Tried calling and emailing several times just to be told that my item wasn't ready yet 2 weeks after order. Knowing now i would have gladly paid the 5 extra dollars to get it from a reputable store that delivers! Then they told me i could have in store credit or a refund but that would take 30 days and is out of there control. Bs. Don't shop with gearbest! I'll post another review when i finally get my money back. Really messed up a trip in taking to? Isn't it illegal to post and sell things you don't actually have?

In September 2017, I made a second purchase at GearBest. It was a protective case for the smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, which is very slippery. I highly recommend Gearbest online store. They sell a large sortiment of good quality products, especially electronics, with probably more affordable prices, that could be found anywhere else. Shopping is convenient and fun: easy to search for a certain product and also pleasant to just explore. The shop is reliable, I have had no complications neither with ordering, paying, transport or the quality of goods.
I have a ordered a phone and received one which had a faulty software. Was offered the option of paying additionally and be send a replacement. I have made an immediate payment through paypal, however they now lie to me saying that it is no longer on stock while the product page states "246 Pieces left".
I'm not talking here about chargers or flashlights, but about 200EUR.
Their support seems a joke; they use predefined answers and simply copy paste the one which seems most appropriate. I see that happening even here.

Products conforming to description, they are three Xiaomi smartphone for me and my family. The first took a long time to arrive, but the others two only 8-10 days!

Do NOT buy from them as your chances of getting your post is 30%, Having ordered 3 times occasionally each took over 2 months (9 weeks + another 2 weeks to resend because they decided it was 'lost', 7 weeks and one did not come).
They do not provide tracking number and so the chances of them sending can vary. How is this not illegal?
I don't normally put these type of drastic reviews, but Don't waste your time, nor their cheap quality rubbish. Buyer beware, seriously. I wish there was some kind of internet advocate that can shut these liars and scammers out.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct.
