A couple months ago I found Gearbest. From this time I already ordered many things. For example 3d printer, graphic tablet and so on. Now I just get my smart watch. I'm really happy with the support I got when I had any questions about stock or the function of the item. I truly recommend GB, because they always have the best prices so you can save money. There is only one disandvantage, if you live far from the warehouse as me, you have to wait couple of weeks to get your stuff.

I have been using it for a year, and i find myself ordering much less from aliexpress. I got various vaporizers, tablet\laptop, vacuum robot, android tv, and a lot of small electronic devices and tools there
Item selection is good, they try to sell only quality products, not always the case but way better then random seller on ali.
Delivery options are very good, they always try to improve shipping time by using various mailing companies. Lately i ve been ordering using Azerbaijan mail, and its sooo fast.
All problems with defective products have been solved, got refund every time.
Customer service have good english, so its easy to submit tickets.
And last but not least - you getting money for submitting reviews for products you buy.

I bought several items from them last November 2017, all the products eventually arrived after a while. All the items where well packaged and in good working condition (no lemons!). I say this since one of my orders was delayed for 3 weeks. I contacted their customer service (via their website, and they reply to your GearBest account), they normally reply within 24-48 hrs, and they helped me sort things out.

It is good to buy from GearBest if you are willing to wait.

Tip:
- wait for the occasional flashsale. The discounts are significant.
- if you get a coupon code, COMPARE if it will actually lessen the amount you'll pay. Since sometimes the coupon code will give you a discount on the item but disable other ongoing promotions (like free shipping).

Gearbest is the best store to buy tech from, there are daily flash sales especially on holidays. You can save money using the GB Points and that is a great addition to the site. Gearbest prices are very competitive compared to other stores.
I placed 12 orders the first time I visited the site and saved alot of money instead of buying the stuff directly from my country. I live in Romania, Eastern Europe and I got all the parcels delivered within 2 weeks which is actually a good shipping time if you think about it, because they all came from China with unregistered/ registered air mail. You can also get your orders faster with other shipping methods, but more expensive.
All the products I received from them are brand new, good quality and original, you shouldn't worry about getting a fake product.
They accept Paypal so that is a must when you buy from stores like these.

I have been ordering at Gearbest for several years now and I want to note the quality of the store's work is improving every year. For all the time it was bought from a keyring, pen, phone cases and ending with a projector and a large set of "smart home" from one not unknown manufacturer. Everything always came within 1 month. It makes sense to shop during promotions and discounts. Pros: for reviews we get points, which, as a discount, you can pay for the goods following the purchase. Payment through Pay pal will not be superfluous. A good alternative to Aliexpress (in which a huge number of scammers divorced). In general, I recommend to visit!

Their prices were by far the lowest on the Gearbest site, I did not have any problems with the shipping so i do not have much experience with their support crew. The two best things about Gearbest.com to me are: 1) They only sell original merchandise (no clones or fake devices) and 2) They have a loaded European werehouse which allows very fast shipping if you live in EU.

Ordered from Gearbest 2 times. Both times all the items I ordered came to me and everything was ok. Shipping time was about 30 days, which is pretty long time, but it's normal for an international orders. Shopping on this site already saved me lots of money. Definately gonna buy more in this shop, since my expierence was good. This site can be trusted.

After 1 experience with this company I would never use them again nor would I recommend that at all. (The only reason I marked 1 star is because the system requires it inorder to do this review). We ordered a remote truck back in mid October, and after finally receiving it, it came with the wrong plug for charging. I have attempted resolution and still, after over 2 months have received NONE! This company should be reported to the better business bureau as it advertises a mission statement & a guarantee that they do not follow. Not to mention, they advertise a chat line and a phone number that are bogus. Neither one work and the response when doing a ticket, claims it will be within 24 hours, but that is not true either. Save yourself a big headache, not to mention your money and buy elsewhere!

I have placed a few orders before with Gearbest and every time i needed support, this comes quick, they must have a large team of Customer Care representatives as i have always gotten a quick and positive response from Gearbest. So for i have nothing but good things to say about doing business with this company, and by the way the quality of the products i gotten before exceeds my expectations, very happy with the whole buying experience, Gearbest beats their competition in a blast with great prices.

I have been shopping at Gearbest for almost a year now and it has been a great experience. The prices are incredibly low compared to local shops. On a total of about 50 items (spread out over multiple separate orders) there was only one item that was DOA. After contacting Customer Support they offered a full refund. One item was damaged during transport and Gearbest CS sent me another one.

Excellent original bracelet! All of its functions are performed perfectly, fully corresponds to the description on the website. Complete the sensor itself, rubber bracelet (high quality, for a month of use to him, nothing happened), instructions usb charging cable. My most recent order required a bit of help from GearBest's customer service and they did a fantastic job. I've ordered quite a bit from gearBest in the past, if you shop around and compare prices you should be able to find some pretty great deals on there. On my last order after paying I realised I had forgotten two items one of the sales on an item would expire the following week but gearbest support replied to my ticket for editing the order that weekend and sorted it out for me. I can't imagine their job would be easy having to deal with a lot of non-mandarin speaking customers from all different timezones. I'm very thankful for their help when I needed it.
