I buy very often on Gearbest, because it's cheap, reliable, and it sells a great deal of products, from small keyrings to sophisticated high-end tecnology. Thanks to flash deals and coupons, I saved lots of money and bought many quality products.
Of course there are some aspects worth considering before buying on Gearbest.
Shipment can be slow, and a parcel can be untraceable even when you receive a proper tracking number. Warranty is often limited to just 1 year. After sale assistance can be unsatisfactory, but this happens even when a product is sold officially in our countries. Overall, I am happy with my experience on this shop.

When we talk about online shopping, there may be some fear or doubt about the process. I met the gearbest through friends and since I made the first purchase I did not stop again. The prices are incredible, the materials with quality and most very practical and the delivery is fast and free. It is my favorite website for shopping on the internet.

The Smartphone is a quality product at a great price.

In spite of this was just my very first experience of shopping in this store, I'm sure that the highest level of service I had a chance to meet doesn't depend on whether you're a kind of newcomer or a regular customer. By and large, everything was impeccable at every single step starting with ticking the goods I was looking for, choosing the way for delivery and payment (happily there's a great vatiety of them both so everyone can be rest assured they'll find the one that fit them the best) and ending with the receipt of the goods in a very short time (the delivery to my particular area - St. Petersburg, RU - took approx. A couple of weeks that's actually a good score). Delivered safe and sound. The quality of the product does not cause any complaints as well. What else is needed? :)

All items send to My country with no delay and in perfect conditions.

Also I had experience with refund from "GearBest" side, everything was nice and easy.
Item with defect wasn't send back, money was returned.

I would like to see improvement in categorizing of products and in Search Engine, sometimes can complicated to find.
For e.g. "type-c" will be searched by two different words as "Type" and "C" which will bring a lot of "junk" results.

For me this is the best site where you can buy lot of things from china. I already made some orders and never got any problem. The last one was an tv android box and its amazing. Fast delivery, good packages, good quallity and the most important cheap!

Bought a tablet for my son for his birthday. First of all paid for expedited shipping but they shipped after 10 days and than it took 12 more days arrive while my son's Birthday was gone. After we received the tablet, always have charging issues. Battery will die in few hours. After around 45 days my tablet slipped out of my son's hand and it's screen got cracks. Initially they said Ok I can send it to China to fix it.

But right next day they said it is a deliberate attempt and they will charge for the replacement of the screen and will look at the battery once they receive it. I have to pay $25 for the screen and $16 for something else. On top of that I have to pay my shipping to china as well Which altogether will be almost equal to the cost of the tablet.

They are so fake and trying to cheat people around the world.
Never bought anything else from this site after that.

Personally, I think Gearbest has very good customer services, they reply to your enquiries within 24 hours and try their best to provide a satisfying solution for both sides.
The reason I grade Grearbest 4/5 is because of the delivery time sometimes take so long. However, that is understandable because most of their stores come from China.

Just had a look at the star rating on this site. They must be writing their own reviews or paying people to write them.
In short, bought a Fitbit watch, does not work, tried using their system which didn't work until I got through to them via Facebook.
17 communications and 17 apologies later I still have a dead watch.
Made a claim via PayPal, hopefully they can get these hopeless, useless company to fix the watch, repack it or refund... I won't hold my breath though. Unless you have money to burn... do not use.

I have been buing many things from Gearbest for more than 4 years now. I have bought mainly electronic products (such as gadgets, cameras, even laptop) and a few clothes as well. The main advantage of this shop is their huge variety of products. Their prices are also quite good.
The custommer support is always very nice. I always managed to solve problems when I had.
Lately however they have issues with the availability of some products and the long waiting time for restock, so be careful to make sure that what you order is actually available before placing the order.

In general I am quite satisfied. It is a safe shop and trustworthy. Just fix these problems that I mentioned before and you will become even better.
