Stay away Recently placed $134 order paid $10 express mail 4-7 day shipping they decided to keep my shipping fee and ship it with an ETA of 5 weeks!
Offered my site points for the error refused to take items back that I don't need 40 days later.

I ordered over $200 worth of products on November 24th. I paid for expedited shipping and have only received 1 item out of 10 ordered. My packing slip that came with the very damaged box said I had 2 items in it, but there was only one. These were all Christmas gifts and it looks like I will have to go and buy them somewhere else. Very unreliable. Buyer beware!
I would like to upgrade my review. First of all if you need it soon, choose expitded shipping. Even though I didn't receive my stuff until after Christmas. They were always in contact with me, and also refunded me for the shipping cost. Everything ships from China. That being said, I should have paid attention to that and ordered earlier. I must give support credit on always answering my questions and keeping me up to date with what was going on. I have upgraded their stars, and would just tell everyone that if you don't need it in a hurry then choose standard shipping, otherwise expedited shipping and give it 2-3 weeks for delivery. Their customer support is better than some very highly rated companies.

This is a very bad company to buy from. Your packages wont arrive i paid for extra shipping to get it in a week, here we are 3 weeks later it still says its on its way never shioped out. The company that they said has it doesn't have a valid phone number either if you buy anything close your card down and report it as fraud.

I discovered this store a couple of months ago, but I already knew that I was lucky. Earlier, I bought on another well-known site and did not know about Girbest. But now all my purchases are doing in girbest.
I like the assortment, original products (there are no fakes) and extremely low prices. So I recommend it to everyone. Discover online shopping for yourself in this store too!

For me, as long as I am able to wait 2 weeks ish for delivery gearbest is my go to place. I've had issues but all of which have been solved rather quickly. I feel safer buying there then at a local shop. Best of all is that there is always other customers reviews and usually with pictures as well. I'm always confident what to expect In my mailbox. I wanted to buy a smart phone, ie. Ulefone Be touch 2, and Gearbest was on the first position of online shops list shown in the Ulefone official website. I didn't know what that meant but my intuition told me Gearbest must be an excellent online shop. Fortunately, the following shopping experience proved it. Goods on this website are all described in super details, and the payment process is easy and clear. Because I didn't rent a house for long term, so my receipt address always changed. I had ever contact custom service to change my receipt address for two times, and they helped me efficiently every time. Indeed, Gearbest is a very good online shop, and it has been my favorite.
I have been a Gearbest client for a couple of years and never had a problem that Costumer Service hasn´t been there to assist me. Lately, I bought Pico Squeeze on a flash sale for $16.26, which is a fantastic price. The package arrived here in Portugal after 3 weeks (normal free shipping) and everything was ok with my order.
After over a year of making the occasional order, I've come to the conclusion it's cheaper to buy locally. So far I've had a 50 delivery success rate! Shocking i know, but this was done over 18 mths and 50 separate orders!
As of recently i only shop with the other popular Chinese site. These haven't let me down at all in the same time period. I recommend you avoid Gearbest, you will lose money in the long run.
I am very happy with Gearbest, using it more than a year and purchased 14 items so far. Recieved all orders quickly and in perfect condition, without any problem. Shipping is fast, Products qualify - very good and prices - very low.
I recommend Gearbest to everyone, my favorite shopping website on the internet.

I ordered 3 items from them. Only one was in good quality and as described. One sweater was completely different and the stitching quality was worst I've ever seen. The 3rd item was described as fleece sweat pants made from polyester but they were thin as a t-shirt and made from cotton.
No Response from customer service. They posted only the positive review of the one item I reviewed on their website. I believe they have people hired to add fake reviews of their website all over the net. I see their advertising everywhere and yet the company is a scam.
They are getting away with it. Notice they have mostly 5 stars reviews or 1 star reviews all over the net. On their website, products have only 4 or 5 stars. Negative reviews are not posted.

I bought several items from the site and almost everything was OK. And if something goes wrong they have very good customer service and quick solve problems. They have very good price - I think the cheapest for Xiaomi products. Shipping costs are great. You can also pay by PayPal!

I recently bought a mouse from this site, and save a few small defects and the fact that the software didn't work (not a big deal anyway), I am very happy with this purchase.
I heard about this site from a friend of mine a some time ago and it seemed kind of sketchy at first. Then I tried purchasing something cause their prices were so low. It arrived on time and was as described in the site. Apart from that, there may be some delays in shippment but that's normal for holiday seasons. Also I had to pay customs tax for a package but after talking with gearbest support and providing them with the receipt, they refunded me 50% of the customs tax in the following days. On a broken products, after contacting them again they refunded the price at its full. I was surprised by how much they value their customer experience. Overall great site, will buy again
Living in an ultra-peripheral region (Azores-Portugal) has its disadvantages when we want to buy that special item at an affordable price. Gearbest helps me do that. A wide range of items are available at an affordable price and the shopping experience is very pleasant. I definitely recommend GEARBEST for online purchases.
These guys will not help you out if there is anything wrong with your order (if you even get it in a month or two.) No matter what it may be. Basically told me to F*** off and offered $5.00 in store credit after a week of emailling. No refund... Nothing. Just a get lost that's your problem you figure it out, we have already have your money... Stay away from ordering here it's like playing Russian roulette.
GB is one of the best shops. The most interesting items are usually cheaper than on Ali. Also, coupons and points make them even better! :) It is really simple to get and use points.
You may also choose different shipping methods and add a tracking number (but it would cost about $2).

One of the best Chinese store on-line. The site has a lot of product you can't find everywere and the price are extremely cheaper than the competition.
They should only be more clear about the actual shipping method with your order will be shipped. Don't get me wrong: the shipment is fast and very low-cost but it's not very understandable which courier is going to pick up your order or if it is going to come by postal service.
Had a great experience so far so this store is HIGHLY recommended!
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. There is a reason that they are NOT on eBay... So my advice to everyone is to stay far away from this socalled Company... No mail, no adress, no phone?

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
