My first order was pretty much what i expected. Not very quick. Any ticket i placed was answered ASAP.
Quality was awful. But worked for kids fun. Lasted about three or four days before they started falling apart.
My second order, Placed on November 28th, still haven't received. And the tickets i send ether get ignored or deleted.
They truly have no support. I think all messages are answered by auto response
