“No warranty, not really they lie”

I ordered 10 Pampas Grass plants in August 2022. None of the plants survived and Direct Gardening refused a refund of my money. I suggest you shop a different website for your plants.

Buy your plants on a different website

“IRobot Roomba j7 - not so much Mercari but this product”

IRobot has no idea what Customer Service is & they don't care!

The machine is great, but if you need help - you better call a friend! The manuals are written for people who already know how to use this machine and service. The machine isn't so hard after you figure out the terminology iRobot uses. IRobot is very skilled at avoiding it's customer's questions. Use a different company and/or service - iRobot will take your money, but they do not care if you are able to use the machine or service options. Their software is some of the most UN-User Friendly I have ever encountered.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use iRobot's service.

The vacuum is a great machine, it is iRobot's lack of customer service that is lacking. I am not offering any opinion about Mercari - just iRobot!
