I ordered 2 items lost all money. Both items were too small and fit weird. Sent back original item to get refund but made me pay for return (to US) and then charged processing fee, my refund was $1 (out of $35 item). And this all took 2 months and dozen emails. Gave up on 2nd item.
I also read lots of the reviews on this site and others, they look fake you can see from grammar errors and lack of real information. Also look at skew of ratings if too many in 5/5 and 1/5 that means something is wrong with rating... Don't buy!
I've discovered this website 6 mouths ago. So far, I bought a mobile phone, a tv box, three Mi band2, many led lamps and some other items with the lowest prices of internet. The items quality is great as advertised. Only one band arrived damaged and after I made the request to be refunded their customer service treated it very seriously and quickly. I was impressed because I have a bad experience with another big store on the Internet that, after two months, keeps not answering my request. It offered me two options: to keep the damaged item and partial refund or to return the item and total refund.
I am sure I'll buy again by Gearbest

I've been regularly ordering from Gearbest for at least the last 4 years and have never had a bad experience with them. I don't waste time walking through the other shops to find what I need because the gearbest product line is expansive and the customer service is excellent. I bought a lot of cool electronic devices for me and gifts (smartphones, headphones, keyboard, mouse, TV-box, etc.) which I can't buy in my city. There are many sales and good discounts that I can buy stuff very cheap.
Do not trust them
Two month later I still do not have my xmas present. They juts replied it was shipped but nothing received and keep spamming me with offers that they probably will never ship.
As I can see from the other users this is some normal practise of theirs so stay away.
Gearbest you should not bother dealing with any kind of service!
Just post a review on their website and it is not shown. How funny is that

I placed an order number W************** on the 17th February 2017 with my user "Claudia" on gearbest.com which included almost 20 products; every single product of my order arrived in perfect conditions and even before the estimated date of arrival.

Xiaomi Mi Band Order No.: WW**************. I ordered from the friendly country on the known site GearBest. From pluses: battery severe. I came with a charge of 45% (it is possible to trace percent in the application of phone) and I held 2-3 more weeks. It was loaded in a night. 43 days are already used and batteries there were 21%. I bathe with it everywhere, everything is OK. Considers steps clumsily, but I took it more for an alarm clock than for steps. Notifies on the entering - too a convenient thing when threw phone where that. You won't miss a call generally :) the weak phone application (connects with the 5th apple perfectly), and what there can be for one thousand rubles? Generally price quality very much even! I advise!

I've recently bought a mobile phone from Gearbest. It's very easy to navigate through the website searching for what you want. The staff is very polite and responsive. They answer me any question within 24 hours. Prices of goods (espesially discounts) are lower than similar websites. The phone seems to be a high quality device, working fast and well. About the delivery everything was ok. Shipping speed was good (about two and a half weeks) taking in mind the big distance and the complicated process of shipment. Best thing is the tax-free receiving of the item in my country which I appreciate very much! I recommend it!
First of all, I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 at one of the best price on the market.

Only 16 days later, (10/04/19 - 26/04/19) I got it in my hands, with a clear step by step order tracking during this period of time.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
