Don't buy from these cowboys. "Support" is not part of their remit. I got quite a few bits from them, some were complete and utter Chinese crap but I sucked it up with those. On a more expensive robotic vacuum/mop, it didn't work and they just don't want to know! I did receive the best ever reponse to feedback where i complained about their service. They said and I quote: "Dear customer,

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from this company. A lot of what they sell is crap. And if you have an issue, I guarantee there will be no comeback, they don't care.
