Hello guys. There was no problems with this shop at all. They provide variety of shipping methods - low cost non registered, registered air mail, and some express like dhl. For those who afraid for card security - use PayPal, even gearbest team itself promote you to use PayPal.:)

Payment made for a smartphone on November 30st. Delivery should be 7 - 12 days (I paid extra for a faster delivery).

We are 4 weeks later and nothing has been delivered. 2 times (so far) they gave me a fake tracking number, very bad communication. After demand for refund and cancelling the order no response whatsoever!

Their website states that over 150 pieces are available from stock, nevertheless they refuse to send anything!

I will explain my experience at Gearbest. It is probably the best technology article store from China. Their prices are spectacular, especially in Flash sales. Much difference in price compared to others.

The conditions of guarantee and protection are spectacular. I recently had an issue with a product purchased at Gearbest for a malfunction of the item. I returned it taking advantage of the protection of postage of Paypal. In less than a month I received the payment in my Paypal account.
