This product is AMAZING for the price. I have one and it works GREAT. I like that it is small and good looking. The ability to use voice control on it is great. I like that I can view and download the captured video right into my smartphone wirelessly through its built in WiFi.

I bought a product on this site. Everything was OK, including the delivery of the product, but shortly after receiving the product, I received an email that announced that I had an unpaid product. I logged in and found that it had been hacked. My personal data has been changed: name, address, country.
An order had been made to be sent to a whole other country than the one I live in. I think I was lucky I did not pass my bank or credit card details to the gearbest.com account. Also, in "Address Book" my personal data has been changed.
I have announced the incident to the site's security team, but I haven't received any response from them. Instead, I received a lot of emails that asked me about my experience on the site.
Even though I explained in every answer given to the emails I received, that my account was hacked, every time I received another e-mail addressing to my opinion on the experience on the site.
I tried to delete my account from this site. There is no such option!
So, pay attention! The site does not show the security of your personal data!

I ordered this console with priority delivery. In the information about delivery it was written that you have to wait 10-18 days, but the console reached me (To Poland) in 9 days! I am very happy with the item, I can play classics games from old consoles (NES, GBA), etc. I did not think that such consoles existed at all. I am glad that I came across gearbest.com. For 52 $ it is worth buying! I recommend to all who are retro fans and want to return to those wonderful years!:)

I recently purchase 4 knives and as always from GearBest, I am very satisfied. With this particular purchase, my items came substantially faster than normal. The knives came from Belgium and this could be the reason for faster delivery.

I have contacted GearBest customer service previously, not with my most recent purchase, and although somewhat slow and a degree of language issues, my problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

This order was for 4 Y-Start knives, 2 each of 2 different models. I would only say that GearBest could package with more padding since every time I have ordered at least 1 item product box in my shipment comes damaged.

All in all, considering price and quality, I will be a repeat customer at GearBest!

I had an amazing experience with Gearbest.com, the price was very good, and when I had doubts about my purchase they answered me very quickly, I live in Brazil and our shipping time usually delays more than 45 days, but arrived in less than a month and came very well packaged.

They offer me a lot of payment method and after my package arrived they contact me on their Costumer service to ask if everything came right and if I had any issues.
