I bought a product on this site. Everything was OK, including the delivery of the product, but shortly after receiving the product, I received an email that announced that I had an unpaid product. I logged in and found that it had been hacked. My personal data has been changed: name, address, country.
An order had been made to be sent to a whole other country than the one I live in. I think I was lucky I did not pass my bank or credit card details to the gearbest.com account. Also, in "Address Book" my personal data has been changed.
I have announced the incident to the site's security team, but I haven't received any response from them. Instead, I received a lot of emails that asked me about my experience on the site.
Even though I explained in every answer given to the emails I received, that my account was hacked, every time I received another e-mail addressing to my opinion on the experience on the site.
I tried to delete my account from this site. There is no such option!
So, pay attention! The site does not show the security of your personal data!
