Back in 2016 i made my fist order from china and i chose gearbest because of their good prices. Until now i have already made over 50 orders at gearbest (drones, phones, earpods, e-cigarettes...). From 50+ orders only one time i wasnt 100% statisfied. The customer support refunded me 24 hours after i told them what was wrong with the item. Gearbest is one of the cheapest china online-shops out there at the moment and i can really recommend this shop.

My 2 orders were all fine. Shipping was prompt and quick, with no custom taxes.
Items have arrived in good status and perfectly working.

Gearbest is not like other marketplace/wholesale site, they selling item directly from manufacture, so when we got problem with item we can easly contact the support, but not like the other we must contact directly to seller and sometimes seler not responding or give many bulls*it to the problem not theirs.

Wide variety of item, always got the discount, and easy payment, and support DHL and many other shipping with low rate and transparent!

But they slow on restocking item, ive wait around 7-12 days and sometimes more, so i usually search another item in stock

But overall its great site, like its name gearbest are best!

Bought a 3d printer from gearbest, they sent me a broken one, 2 month of trying to contact them and got nowhere, even though they have a 3 day return policy on defective items they basically beat around the bush until they claimed that my refund requests were past the date even though i have proof of me contacting them well within the 3 days. Now they want me to spend $400 to ship it back to China for a $200 dollar refund. They also lie about thier shipping policies, i bought mine on a Monday, they claimed it shipped on that Wednesday, except the tracking number they gave me said that the item didnt even arrive at the fedex facility till 2 weeks AFTER they claimed it shipped. Talked to their customer support 8 times, not once were they helpful and on several occasions they actually just flat out ignored me.

I bought the phone and paid for it fully with express delivery on July 6th with shipment date of July 19th, but it came and went and I never heard anything from them. I contacted customer service on the 20th and they replied 24 hours later that it's on backorder. However, GearBest still continues to sell the product on their website and now even on sale on the 21st again. The second rep replied after another 24 hours that they had placed a big order, but the vendor would not given them such a big lot and they offered me refund or credit. Why would you continue selling the product if you know that you don't have enough in stock. This is bad, dishonest service. Everyone stay FAR AWAY from them.
