I first heard of GearBest from a YouTube video and gave it a try with a very small order. The experience was great but the order took a while to deliver. Probably because of the small order. But since the experience was great, I went ordering more and expensive stuff as well. Till now I've never had any problems. A few small value orders may take time, but usually the paid shipping items reach on time. The other great story is how well their customer service is. Always available and great people. Last but not the least, they have an awesome loyalty program where you can earn points by various stuff like your purchases and even by signing in to the App.

Gearbest offers one of the best shipping experience i've had with Asia based stores with arrival times less than a week away from the payment day! Extremely recommended.

I've ordered Xiaomi Piston 3 earphones. I've read some good reviews of them but they were quite difficult to get anywhere. I found them on gearbest.com and ordered them quickly. I didn't really expect them to sound as good as people described it, yet they didn't disappoint me. The delivery itself was without problems and when I had problem with tracking site (not dependent from gearbest), the customer service of gearbest helped me almost instantly.

Customer support is great, they always answered to my questions within 12 hours. Recently, I've bought a 3d printer on Gearbest, they had the best price for it in Flash Sale promo, it shipped very fast. After making an order they gave me a lot of points that I can use for my next order. Based on my personal experience, I will definitely buy something here soon.

I bought a product: V66 Smart Wristband (Mar 31,2017 20:35:45 PM. Order number: W**************) that on account of my country's post office, was delayed to be delivered to my home (but had already been delivered in the country a lot before). Because it is a battery powered device, it has been totally depleted and can not be re-connected. I got in touch with the support and they offered me full support, today I am waiting for my other product, satisfied and happy.

I thought they would be great because every Drone review I watched was given their Drone by GearBest I thought they must be solid, but man was I wrong. Several days after I ordered they told me I could not use the mid level shipping I chose I would have to pay extra for DHL or for some reason I would also have to pay extra for the lesser shipping. Because they are based in China (I believe) each communication takes 24 hours so it took a week of back and forth before I said Just cancel the order and refund my money at which point they said they could not because the shipping had been paid ( even though it was not shipped) but they offered me about 50 cents of "gearbest points" I should have ordered from Amazon. I asked them just to refund me the order cost and I would eat the shipping but I feel like thats not going to happen. If they turn this around I will come back and change my review.

I bought several times in GearBest. All purchases were successful. Fast delivery. Once the package was not received and GearBest returned all the money.
Some products are more expensive than other stores.
Overall a good store.
