A few months ago I started to shop at Gearbest, the store is serious about what it does, the return to some doubts comes quickly and accurately, this makes you feel confident and buy more often.

Na minha primeira compra eu tive um pequeno problema com os correios em portugal, o pacote meio que andou perdido e não chegou cá, mas não tive problemas pois o excelente apoio ao cliente resolveu o problema em pouco tempo, pois eles tem um apoio ao cliente muito rápido e tanto ajudam como resolvem qualquer questão, esse meu problema foi resolvido graças a competência da equipe da Gearbest

I have placed many orders on Gearbest and I must say that I have always been extremely pleased! The free shipping obviously takes a few more days to get to the destination, but you have to consider that almost always items are shipped from their warehouses in China, so it's normal! Instead, the fast shipping (in my case is called Italy Express) allows me to receive the order after less than two weeks. Customer service is very efficient and timely in responses. What's so important is that Gearbest rewards purchases with points that can be used for future purchases. So Gearbest promoted full marks and I'm happy to share my experience with other people. Just picked up an original TF RTA G1 Deck to complete my set, which you cannot even get in the UK yet, just over two weeks and my RTA Deck arrived, I also picked up an original V8 RBA - 16 Deck, which arrived exactly two weeks all the way from China, both items were free delivery and both in one of Gearbest's flash sales, so I got both items for just over a tenner, where you cannot even pick up one for that over here, if you can get hold of them. Service was great from start to finish and I highly recommend Gearbest, for price, quality and as mentioned service, I will be buying all my vape gear from Gearbest in future. Thanks.

Being based in Germany I order quite a lot products (especially electronic equipment) from Chinese sellers. From Gearbest alone I received around 20 deliveries. So far I am fully happy with their services.
- Delivery to Germany is quite fast compared to other stores - It usually takes around 2 weeks.
- The quality of the delivered products has always met my expectations
- Prices are very good especially as there are many flashsales and coupon options available

Overall I can highly recommend this store.

So far, i have had several orders from the GearBest. Fortunately, all of my orders were during the flash sale. In comparison to the other similar sites, which have the same product, the price from the GearBest was the best. Moreover, the delivery for all of my products was on time. Finally yet importantly, its support team answers any question very soon. In conclusion, i am completely satisfied buying from the GearBest and i highly recommend it to everybody else. I also hope more success for the GearBest.

My order was placed 2 July 2017 and it is now 24 July and my package is still no where to be found. It was shipped from China to Hong Kong, short trip.

The tracking showed that it was only picked up and that was it.

Contacted Gearbest many times and asked them to find out what was going on. They told me to wait and eventually told me to contact the courier myself.

Courier told me they would not refund to me directly as it was Gearbest who made the shipment. Contacted Gearbest again, and they asked me to contact the post office when it was shipped by courier. They have no clue!

It certainly looked to me Gearbest did not want to do anything at all.

Now the courier called and confirmed the package was lost and Gearbest still did not refund to me!

Think before you buy from them. Gearbest only has zero customer service department!
