When first time i got on Gearbest, i will surprised that bonus program give real money not just a coupon. I found what i looking for only here and plus over all with great "flash sale" deal. When i registered i got bonus points for simple actions. Then i ordered what i want and spended bonuses for fast and most safety delivering packege. I living in Russia and my package tracked on all the way and i got it in short time. I got original good quality product. Many thanks Gearbest.com!

This was my first order with Gearbest and it turns out to be one of the best decision!
Was bit reluctant at first since i haven't done it before - ordering from overseas.

Was tracking the shipment - well there was over excitement as have seen reviews of very delayed delivery, customs hold, customs charging more than price of product, penalties and other bad experiences.

Was in touch with GB CS Team at various stages of purchase order, & Shipping and their feedback was excellent and assuring best service from there part

But Things went well and received product in good condition and working pretty awesome!

They sell authentic products for fairly low prices. Usually their prices are unbeatable. Shipping is fast. I usually choose PostNL shipping method and did never regret. I didn't have much interaction with customer service, but they reply fast and in a nice manner. The only thing that I don't like in gearbest, coupons. Almost everything in their website is on sale. I mean, you have a 8% sale coupon and the thing you want to buy is already on 25% sale. The price is fairly low, but this sale thing makes the coupons useless. Anyways, I'm happy with their prices.

Fraud company that steals your money

Fraud company that steals your money. Do not waste your time.
Doesn't have anything in Stock, order takes ages and if they ever complete your order they will try to get it send back so they can keep the item and not refund you.
Address was wrong on all my orders (They didn't put in a house number and no address owner), even after contacting them over 5 times about it. They told me it was changed to the right address and showed me proof (this enforces above statement, they know its the wrong address they want it to be the wrong address so they can keep the item and your money)
YOU CANNOT MANUALLY CANCEL ORDERS EVEN IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM, FRAUD!
Support will NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER!, you have to open a ticket and wait "2" days but you will never get an answer on this ticket!
When you open a dispute with PayPal they will not answer and in live chat they will tell you they cant refund because of the dispute (that's the one thing you can do when there is a dispute open you fraud!)
Remember you cant cancel your order manually and it takes 3 days before you can claim a dispute so in that time the item will magically appear and ship out on the same day with a tracking number.
PayPal will then refuse to repay you because the item was shipped out with a fake tracking number case closed.
You are then asked by PayPal to send back the item You are never going to receive thus losing the case.

400 Euro lost, nothing of 3 orders received.
Be warned!

Very fast shipping to europe, just needs a few days to arrive. The chipping costs are low, even express is cheap. Perfect quality of my products, everything is authentic and manufacturers packaging. When having an issue with yout product, refund is very quick and often you gett full refund by GB without having them in guilty. Thanks!

On my first purchase, the experience with the gearbest could not have been better. Besides the whole site being translated into Portuguese, the prices are really excellent and I still had the facility to make a purchase in installments.
We Brazilians, we know the gearbest through people who have been customers and recommended. To this day I have not met a person who did not recommend the online store.

Founded this web store >year ago. Prices are usually in a middle comparing to big stores like ali, but gearbest periodically has flash sales which, if you catch them, could give you almost lowest prices in a web. That's really tricky, but not impossible:)
I'd already >10 orders there (W**************, W**************, W**************, etc.), for me clear picture of "where is my order" is very important, and Gear Best provide such option, either for free, or for little $:)
Another cool thing is their support team - always respond quickly, trying to do their best to make me (& I suppose not only me) happy & satisfied - as example, I've got problem with 1 item (~in a couple weeks from receiving) - item (hand clock) stopped charging & working completely. Messaged support, recorded a video for that problem, & received (again, a had a choice of money back & bonus points) bonus points for that amount + some extra, so I could order some better stuff on their web-site.
Packing - no comments here, all goods are packed respectively & carefully.
Delivery time - as promised during purchasing.
Shipping time - quick (usually couple of days), but if you need it quicker - there is a button to speed it up!).
Payment - quick & easy, I use Credit Card so there is no prob on this.
Bonuses - they use their own bonus system, so you're receiving some "points" for each order & you can spend them for discount of next order.
Overall - i'm very satisfied with this shop, with their post-sale services & support.
Price is important, but sometimes it's importance is lower then everything else I described - and, of course, catch discount moments to get low prices!

Site are easy to use and the app too, linear, clear. Price are cheap, they also provide a fast shipping since they got also warehouse in Europe. Some time price can be 2-3 higher than averange but they provide always a good packaging and an awesome customers support. I order a lot and got no problems!
