I MADE AN ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 1 WEEK FOR DELIVERY ON THEIR PROMOTION. THEN THEY TELL ME WHEN I INQUIRE VIA MESSENGER THAT IT IS BACK ORDERED 2-3 WEEKS AND THEY COULD REFUND OR WAIT. ( THIS IS THE DAY AFTER I ORDERED) I SAY REFUND AND THEY SAY NO SORRY CANT DO THAT IT SHIPPED... WITH IN 1 HOUR OF BEING ASKED IF I WANT A REFUND. NOW THEY REFUNDED THE $2 FLASHLIGHT THEY SOLD ME NOT IN THE FORM OF CASH BUT IN SOME POINTS SYSTEM IN THEIR WEBSITE! THIS IS ILLEGAL. I'M REPORTING THEM AND DISPUTING WITH MY BANK! SCAM CHINESE COMPANY BE WARE! SUBMITTING THIS TO POST OFFICE FOR MAIL FRAUD COMPLAINT!

I buy in this store for about a year. The product fully corresponds to the description, the quality is at the highest level. They have a huge choice not only of electronics, but everything from ordinary tools to lipsticks and even clothes, all you can do to find them at very affordable prices. The site is very easy to use and with just two clicks you can buy everything you want. Reviews that customers write are very authentic to the product you buy, so I am impressed with this impression because they never deviated from the truth, so that every product I bought carefully I checked and very easily decided for him. I Purchased a mi5s from gear best. The phone arrived with no plastic covers on the phone it also looked used. The phone itself kept giving me warnings and errors of over heating and randomly turning itself of their was also a buzzig whilst charging. The phone battery gave out and caused the front screen to come loose and acid from inside the battery to pose out the bottom. After contactig gear beat about their warranty I was told the following. That it was a user error. So basically I must of shoved a screwdriver into the battery hand caused the burns on my arms and hands myself? Appalonv service even worse after care. Obviously are not decent standards item so they are selling. After purchase they also wanted me to send a form of id and a photocopy of my bank card front and back. I would avoid. Phone Is barely a few months old. They offered me 4 US dollars points worth of compensation.

I love GearBest, I frequently visit the site thanks to their newsletter with great promotions and their ads with cool finds, I've purchased a few fidget toys and headphones there at incredible prices, and I'm currently considering purchasing my next smartphone through GearBest as they usually have really nice flash sales and promotions.

I also like how they have all kinds of rewards and benefits for users, such as GB points which are rewarded by any basic use such as making purchases, subscribing to their newsletter, filling up your profile or leaving reviews, things I'd normally do anyways, but I get credits here, that's awesome. I know they have some other reward programs that I'm eager to try as well.

This is one of the best sites for buying cheap equipment and other various accessories. Basically I buy vapes there, because they sell to me 2 times cheaper than in my city. I also bought a smart watch there. If something goes wrong, the support service will answer any of your questions. A couple of times my goods were lost at the post office, but the site generously sent it again or return the value. And the bonus system of discounts motivates to buy more and more
