Se potessi non darei neanche una stella. Ho acquistato uno Xiaomi mi Drone 4k che mi è arrivato non funzionante. Ho segnalato il guasto il giorno successivo all'arrivo del prodotto e soltanto dopo essermi accertato del problema, impiegando un giorno intero a cercare di capire se fosse di natura hardware o software. Gearbest mi ha fatto perdere circa 10 giorni richiedendomi informazioni varie, compresi video, screenshot e dati contenuti allinterno dellapplicazione che gestisce il drone. Dopo tutta questa serie di perditempo, Gearbest ha riconosciuto il problema e mi ha risposto proponendomi 3 soluzioni:
1. Un buono da 30 USD se scelgo di tenere larticolo difettoso
2. Restituzione del prodotto con spese a carico mio e rimborso inferiore a quanto ho pagato al momento dell acquisto, nonostante abbia segnalato il problema il giorno dopo l'arrivo del pacco.
3. proposta di acquisto di un ulteriore drone con uno sconto di 30 circa rispetto al costo ufficiale.
Proposte ovviamente ridicole, che mi portano a concludere che è un e-commerce decisamente poco serio. Dovrebbero cercare il giusto compromesso per soddisfare il cliente e non il modo per accaparrarsi comunque il loro guadagno. Con questa politica non hanno perso un nuovo cliente, ma mille.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
