I use GearBest a lot. It's my main online shopping site because i can find everything i need and at the best prices arround. I shop mostly for gadjets and vape stuff (atomizers/coils/mods etc) and never had a single problem, every order came on time and GearBest stuff have fast and accurate responses for every question i may have. I love Gearbest 'cause it's cheap, but their products are great, expecially Xiaomi. I'm from Italy and this store is perfect for buying great products from China, like smartphone, earpods, scale and many others!

I bought a Glasses cleaning brush and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. It came intact in its own small bag. When I tried it it actually cleaned my glasses perfectlyalthough I was a little hesitant as to whether it would work efficiently or not. Very good products, very easy to talk too, every time i open a ticket they reply very fast and every time have a solution for me. I have recommended the GearBest to all my friends and until now, no one had a problem.

Se potessi non darei neanche una stella. Ho acquistato uno Xiaomi mi Drone 4k che mi è arrivato non funzionante. Ho segnalato il guasto il giorno successivo all'arrivo del prodotto e soltanto dopo essermi accertato del problema, impiegando un giorno intero a cercare di capire se fosse di natura hardware o software. Gearbest mi ha fatto perdere circa 10 giorni richiedendomi informazioni varie, compresi video, screenshot e dati contenuti allinterno dellapplicazione che gestisce il drone. Dopo tutta questa serie di perditempo, Gearbest ha riconosciuto il problema e mi ha risposto proponendomi 3 soluzioni:
1. Un buono da 30 USD se scelgo di tenere larticolo difettoso
2. Restituzione del prodotto con spese a carico mio e rimborso inferiore a quanto ho pagato al momento dell acquisto, nonostante abbia segnalato il problema il giorno dopo l'arrivo del pacco.
3. proposta di acquisto di un ulteriore drone con uno sconto di 30 circa rispetto al costo ufficiale.
Proposte ovviamente ridicole, che mi portano a concludere che è un e-commerce decisamente poco serio. Dovrebbero cercare il giusto compromesso per soddisfare il cliente e non il modo per accaparrarsi comunque il loro guadagno. Con questa politica non hanno perso un nuovo cliente, ma mille.
