Im shopping with gearbest for an almost a month now and i love it there is no hustling with different sellers about the originalty about to product they sale like other china based sites, with gearbest they guarantee their product orginality that with an complete refund option that only puts the gearbest top in my book, they also have a shipment fee free priorty mail to my country which from my experience it takes about 8 to 10 days to reach me and thats wayyy better than i expected i would definetly recommed gearbest

I have an excellent opinion about Gearbest. First, they have a good relationship between price-quality. You can choose between different kind of Shipping with different prices and distinct types of payment. The Customer Service always answered really fast.
I recommend Gearbest, I'm sure I'll buy again.
Something Gearbest has to improve on is the packaging of the products. There are other companies that protect it better, sometimes something arrives damaged and depending on the order may be useless, such as screen protectors.
Customer service has improved compared to two years ago. Two years ago I had a problem with one order and they didn't give me a solution but now I had another problem and I did not receive an order (earphones), I mentioned it and they sent it back to me, I received it without problem after three weeks and that solution has been a pleasant surprise because they did not ignore the problem and they solved it.

Считаем плюсы:
1) Очень адекватные цены
2) постоянные флешсейлы и купоны, которые скидывают цену еще сильнее
3) Достаточно приятная служба поддержки, которая работает. Сам обращался несколько раз к ним, все решилось в мою пользу.
4) Очень хорошая программа лояльности и поинтов.
5) в принципе недорогая плата за трек-номер и широкий выбор доставщиков.

К минуса могу отнести:
1) отвратительная упаковка, а точнее один слой пупырки. Часто теряется привлекательность коробки.

Вообщем мне нравится их подход к работе, я покупаю и часто советую покупать.
