Non posso che meravigliarmi di questo drone, che ad un prezzo contenitivo, può essere messo tranquillamente alla pari con tutti gli altri droni più costosi e famosi. Completamente tutto bianco il drone si presenta al tatto e alla vista molto elegante e robusto in tuutte le sue parti. Lo Xiaomi Mi Drone vola fino a 16 m/s di velocità massima e registra video in 4K a 60fps. Il drone arriva inoltre a 500 metri di altezza e oltre 2 km di distanza, senza interferenze particolari. La videocamera è stabilizzata con gimbal a tre assi, che fa un ottimo lavoro. Cè inoltre unaccurata rilevazione delle no-fly zone, nelle quali è impossibile del tutto decollare. (Altri droni fanno scegliere allutente se assumersene i rischi). La videocamera è dotata di sensore CMOS da 1/2,3 con f/2.8 e le modalità video supportate sono: 4K (3.840 x 2.160 pixel)@ 30 fps, QHD (2.560 x 1.440 pixel)@ 30 fps, full HD (1.920 x 1.080 pixel)@ 100 / 60 / 30 fps. Le foto hanno invece una risoluzione di 12 megapixel. Anche il telecomando si rifà al drone completamente bianco, bello grosso e allo stesso tempo leggero, presenta l'alloggio per lo smartphone fino a 6 pollici, 2 pulsanti posteriori per far partire i video o scattare le foto, 2 ghiere laterali che si posso programmare per diverse funzioni; c'è il tasto di ritorno a casa e quello di decollo/atterraggio automatico. La durata della batteria dipende dal tipo di utilizzo che si fa con il drone, in media dura dai 20-25 minuti. L'applicazione è fatta molto bene, ci sono molte funzioni da poter utilizzare come l'orbit flight e il waypoint flight, vengono riportati tutti i parametri di volo (altezza, velocità, distanza ecc). Vengono aggiornati spesso sia l'applicazion che il drone, e apportano sempre qualche novità. Il volo è un qualcosa di pazzesco, anche con vento abbastanza sostenuto, il mi drone riesce a rimanere stabile, è preciso in ogni movimento senza perdere un colpo. La sua facilità di utilizzo in modalità gps (che può essere cambiata) permette di essere utilizzato anche da persone che per la prima volta si avvicinano a questo campo. Non posso dare che un giudizio più che positivo a questo fantastico drone. Unico neo riguarda i ricambi, non ci sono tutti e per poterne reperire alcuni bisognerebbe acquistare qualche drone usato o non funzionante per smembrarlo e prendere ciò che ci serve
