I bought the gearbest.com website 3 electronic watches and phone. The watches were bought to test whether the shipment and merchandise would reach me whole. After 2 weeks of waiting they came to me whole. So as I tried to buy a phone that I was interested in. Same in this case there was no problem with the shipment. The package was given to DHL and monitored all the time. Waiting time of 14 days. So I'm happy with the store and I'm going to do some shopping there. May I recommend this site because it is worth it. You can really buy stuff.

Never had a single trouble with them. They are very helpful on their 24/7 live chat, I truly recommend.

So far I have received several parcels from Gearbest and had pretty much no issues. One DYI set was not like in the description, they have fully refunded the price with no questions and the need to return. Support is quite fast, though there's always a place for improvement.

As for the quality of goods, well, if you spend at least a bit of your time on reviews you may easily detect which product is good, which is not so. I think, that most of problems come from people just randomly buy without paying attention to reviews, just because the price is low.

They deliver to my small country, which not all other shops do, a big plus for me. Another drawback is that sometimes you need to wait for several days before they send you your goods. For now it's their main drawback, but in general when you are waiting for goods from China you should be ready to wait anyway, so I don't find it a huge problem, really.

Apart from that I recommend this shop easily.

Well. Experience of making three or four purchases probably allows me to compose a more or less thoughtful review on how it is. However quite likely that would be too much boring reading for anyone of you. Want to note that their support has been very helpful when i got shipped a malfunctioning part. The part was, of course, wasn't made by gearbest, but they went so far as to refund me for my purchase and let me keep the malfunctioning item, parts of which i used in my other items. I want to be as honest and I can in this review, and that's why I would really recommend gearbest if you haven't decided to order from them yet. Items arrive relatively fast and carefully packaged, I haven't had any problems with them so far.
