Okay, there's the problem; But that's not a problem of GB at all. My purchases got to my country within 25~30 days, and that's the average time from China to Brazil. The real problems start inside my country, where the bureaucracy just trash with one more month waiting to "check if it's okay". Cheap purchases may not have this problem, btw, other countries at all may not have any problem, but everything close to the 100US is a waiting mess on Brazil

Do not forget that GearBest is the only site that takes a picture of package before sending it to the customer.

I usually shop from chinese e-commerce websites but Gearbest really surprised me for two main reasons. Shipping. In my experience I've never received an order in less than two weeks (Italy), with Gearbest this was possible and, more incredibly, shipping is free! Quality. I bought a branded action cam and I can't see the difference between this one and one bought from a phisically store. Fully satisfied.

Начну с того что это пожалуй самый лучший интернет магазин в Китае, он интуитивно понятный и дизайн хороший, а для меня это не маловажно. Еще у них один склад и если заказать несколько товаров они приедут в одной посылки. Цены зачастую ниже чем на других площадках, я покупал тут несколько пар наушников себе и друзьям и они стояли на несколько долларов дешевле, а одна пара продавалась эксклюзивно в GearBest. Тех-поддержка просто супер у меня потеряли посылку на Почте-России хоть это вина не GearBets они согласились выслать новую бесплатно, что очень радует! Еще хорошая система с поинтами за которые можно сделать скидку 50 понинтов это где-то 1 доллар. В общем рекомендую, вы не пожалеете если захотите что-то тут купить.

The goods of excellent quality, as I expected, are packed very well. I made on order on 14 Nov and gearbest was saying that they ship on 21 Nov. On the 23 of Nov they sent me an e-mail that they shipped half of my order and the other half will be shipped at Dec 17!. Today its Dec 2 2017 and the tracking number for my shipment that was sent on 23 Nov is saying the item is pre-advised. Witch means it still has not been shipped. Stay away from this company i will contact my bank from tomorrow and see what i can do since i paid with my credit card. Will keep you informed with my progress. JUST POST EVERY PLACE YOU CAN THAT THE COMPANY IS PROBABLY A SCAM.
